I subscribed to FN in Oct. 2024. We could not figure out why we could never watch anything with Fox Nation. Eventually, (such a hassle to get assistance- all via "chat" there is no phone number) I was put in touch with a "partnering company" of theirs- JUST ANSWER. To get their help you must pay $55. They discovered that FN would not work on our TV, it was too old. Just Answer immediately reimbursed me the $55 they had charged me and Fox Nation stated they would be issuing me a credit for the $64.40 annual fee. It has bee n three weeks and I have yet to receive the credit. This is unehtical, dishonest business- certainly nothing I would have expected from Fox Nation. I don't understand why they don't have an 800 number to speak to someone about this. BAD BUSINESS!
Giving Alabama more recruiting exposure on this platform, the program that started the illegal pay for play under the NCAA table. Congratulations Fox Nation, Alabama is not what you think it is. Saban ran out of NIL money as soon as other programs could legally start paying players. No, it's not where legends are made, it's where corruption begins!
While I was trying to take advantage of a free trial, I got charged $7.99 for a month anyway. So when I cancelled I got an email telling me that my next charge would be for $24.99 for the following month! Where did that number come from? It was clearly stated that the monthly rate was $7.99/mo. And why weren't my cancelation instructions honored? When I contacted customer service I was told that my service was cancelled. But I'm not convinced. All I know is that they cannot be trusted.
I hope this doesn't turn into one of those battles with the credit card company where the vendor alleges that I signed up for a non-cancellable year's subscription. I've had that happen before.
Worthless. All the hype about The Tides That Bind series. Not findable anywhere. Luckily we still were still on trial and cancelled.
Signed up for a free 30 day trial and was surprised to have to pay for an account and when I asked for a refund, it was denied.
This is the worst app and so I just cancelled my Fox Nation subscription.
We have many streaming apps (netflix, amazon prime, paramount plus, discover plus, etc.) and I have none of these other apps have these problems. Here are the issues we've had with the app:
- The app keeps logging me out at the end of the day, and so when I want to watch the next day, I have to log in again.
- I have a few TV's in my house and I'm logged in to all of them so that I can watch Fox Nation on any of my devices. Even though I only watch Fox Nation on one device at a time, the app says I'm logged in to too many devices and requires that I log out of devices to watch on the current device. That means when I want to watch Fox Nation on a different device later, I have to log in again. I should be able to stay logged in to all devices and still be able to watch Fox Nation on one of those devices.
- When I watch a show on Fox Nation, sometimes I can only watch part of the show. When I go back to watch the rest of the show, the app doesn't save where I left off and starts the program at the very beginning.
- I downloaded the app to my phone, and there's no way to log in. The start screen just asked which subscription I want to buy. There's literally nothing on the screen that says "log in." So I click on a new subscription, put in my email, and the app said "this email is already associated with an account." Duh! Then finally a link shows up that allows me to log in. But when I logged in, I got the error message that too many devices were logged in. Again, how many devices logged in shouldn't matter. What matters is how many devices are being used.
There are too many frustrating issues with this app and that's why I cancelled my subscription and why we don't recommend it to others. We have at least 8 streaming apps that we have subscriptions to, and only the Fox Nation app has these problems.
I paid $25.44 for the Foxnation app. On my Roku. I can't watch ANY of my favorite shows: The Five, Hannity, and Jesse Watters Prime time. A complete waste of money and I can't even cancel my order or get a refund! 😡😡😡
Waste of time and money! Cannot sign in. Gives me the option to change but wants to charge me as a new user. No way to talk to a live person.
Trying to watch Yellowstone 150. Screen goes dark every five minutes. I'd rather watch broadcast tv with commercials Definitely won't pay for a second year after free year. A waste of time!
I have been a BIG fan of Fox News and Fox Business however thought FoxNation would be right up my alley with desired content. I signed up for Fox Nation and cannot access. The customer service sux. The bot I chatted via text was a joke. The supposedly live person text chat was NO better. Shame shame shame on Fox. I now refuse to watch any Fox networks.
I would give 0 stars if possible. They get you with a lower rate as a military veteran and then the next year automatically re-enroll at a ridiculously high amount of $65. They did this to me on 11/25 while advertising all day on FOX that you can get FOX Nation for $24 per year. Overall the service is terrible with limited subpar programming. Never again!
Waste of time and money the worst app I've ever had. You need better programmers to set this app up for enjoyable experience
I attempted to get on "FOX Nation" after paying annual fee. I am a disabled Vet and was not able to get an account. Only way I was able to watch FOX Nation was my lap top. I attempted to get tec help and failed and decided I was wasting my time. So then the interesting stuff started, I submitted my request to cancel my service for FOX Nation. I was directed to some online scam service called "unsubby". I was informed they would print and submit my request to cancel my account and it would cost me $16.95 and I would receive a copy and notice in the US mail. Then 3 days later I was again charged the $16.95 fee again and today again I see I have been charged yet another fee. So Lord only knows how far these charges will go and If I need to cancel my debit card. The best part FOX Nation advertised free membership for 1 year if a vet, retired or disabled service member. Nothing worked out OK on this operation.
Save your money. Wait until the shows show up for free on Fox News. So very, very disappointed as a loyal Fox News viewer. Utterly
Fox nation refund system is worst ever! No live people to talk to. Join waitlist that never ends and you don't get problem solved.
This hasn't been ready for public use since it released years ago and after coming back and signing up again to try it out, it hasn't changed in 2 years. The most aggravating above all is the customer service joke they've stood up to support it. It's only via Chat or email, and every time I've entered chat it's 25+ people ahead of you. It takes over an hour to clear this many people, and if you accidentally press the back button or don't type something TO THEM every few minutes to keep chat active, the chat will close. This means if they go off and don't respond for a while, you will get disconnected and YOU HAVE TO GET BACK IN LINE! The agent I spoke to didn't answer any questions, she just kept apologizing for the problems I faced and for the long wait times. I kept asking questions, is there a history of what I watch, how many people are answering chat calls for it to take over an hour, and why is it so bad here, and just get I'm sorry in response. I accidentally pressed back button, because the STUPID pop up they have to allow you to expand or shrink the screen (WHY?), covers the chat box where you type. I accidentally hit it and expanded the screen, trying to get it to shrink, I press the back button on the phone, I'm logged out and they don't keep your place in line. Nevermind the ridiculous APP that has no reasonable organization to it and that doesn't keep a history of what you watched so you can go back and find it again or go to another episode. The whole thing is a calamity and they shouldn't be pushing people to buy it! It's ruining their reputation, certainly in my eyes! FFS! I've never seen anything this bad in 65 yrs? I pasted the chat box to prove my experience. You can't reach this chat without a subscription. I started chat 11:56am and reached someone 1:03pm. - 1 hr, 7 mins. To wait and be disconnected.
Everything these people try to do is broken, annoying and ridiculous. The FOX Nation app is the worst ever created. It's like it was made in someone's garage and has similar support. You cannot navigate the app, it's just there and everything thrown in it. If you are lucky enough to stumble across a person or video you watched before and want to watch the next in series, you will never find it again. It's laughable that they would put this terrible User Interface and Guide up and claim it! It simply doesn't work. The support are the worst. They absolutely will not credit you, even when you've been a customer less than 1 hr and do not want to stay. You paid, too bad, so sad. I don't see FOX being around much longer, going the way of Woke companies like CNN and Bud Light. The latter went from decades as #1 to now being #14 and declining. A mexican beer is the leader in America. FOX helped this happen.
I started the free 7 day trial and cancelled it on time! They still debited my card and won't refund me. They told me it has been processed but it has not. Now they won't get back to me
To their credit, Fox Nation offers all active and retired veterans a discounted subscription to Fox Nation. Much appreciated. They also offer first responders the same discount with one problem. It is only for active first responders. I attempted to subscribe as a retired first responder of 35 years with no success. So my 35 years means nothing compared to a rookie fresh out of the academy when it comes to subscribing to Fox Nation. Well, they can keep it. Whether intentional or oversight, not a respectful move Fox.
While a lot of advertised shows sound intriguing. Why don't u offer these shows on ur network. Instead u want this retired patriot to spend my regards retirement to watch. Shame on u.
