Spent an hour with chat on foxnation help(you can't speak to a person) and after an hour of explanation about not being able to log on, I was told I would have to produce evidence I paid. This was done through apple and it showed I paid and next due date was in April 2023. Finally complained to Apple and they refunded my money and canceled my subscription which Foxnation said didn't exist. Worse customer service ever and was shocked it was from Fox.
I signed up for the $0.99 special on May 3. That same day my credit card was charged $28.82 by a credit checking agency, ICM*InstantCheckmate.com. I did not order any credit check and I conclude that FoxNation charged me for a credit check that they ordered. This is unconscionable. I immediately challenged the transaction and cancelled my FoxNation account.
As a result of this improper charge, I had to get a new credit card and then update merchants that I was using for automatic payment of recurring bills.

Paid over $70, off of Roku, can't get it, because it ask for a TV provider. I just have internet. So, i got the Xfinity Flex box to see if that would fix it nope. What do I need to do to get what I'm paying for. Tried to get help from Fox Nation Customer Service it's impossible to get help. Even tried Roku. Do I need to cancel it off of Roku and re-order it on Xfinity. Or just forget it and see if I get my money back. We can't even get Fox News now
Fox Nation charged me $64.99 for annual renewal. I was not aware I was on auto renewal. When I tried to cancel the subscription and have them send me a refund. They said it was too late, I had to cancel prior to the renew even though I have not used the service for 11 months. They refuse to refund my money. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe to Fox Nation. Very Poor customer Service.
Can't get good reception so can't watch. I was a founding member and spent $60.00 for
Nothing. Also listening to Pete H. He mentioned that all Christians should sign up. I am Jewish and should be included in that statement. I like him and sure it was not done on
Purpose. But again I can't watch it

Fox charged my card for months after the account was closed even though Fox shows it was closed last year, on time. No one takes responsibility for the charges and they claim they don't see them but my card sure sees it. Looks like this is going to small claims court, the state attorney generals office and the BBB.
Fox says it giving 1year free Fox Nation to Military & Veterans, when signing up I found the scam is to get your personal and credit card information. Never thought they would sink that low. Anyone giving their credit card information would have challenges trying to cancel. Beware...
Fox Nation has the worst customer service ever. I cancelled my trial subscription on their website. The next month I was charged for full month. The only way to talk with someone was via chat. They would not refund my money. I only watched 1 show. Total ripoff.
Before you entertain the idea of subscribing, make sure to take note of date your free trial expires. Upon reviewing my 91 year old dad's credit card I discovered the charge. I called and was told an email was sent a month prior to the expiration. Looking back, it does not exist! There are no refunds allowed. The confirmation of cancelation from today's texting has not come either. So we have paid $32.49 for another year and the following year was canceled. I expect better from Fox. My dad watches Fox News 24/7. Exploiting senior veterans is not a good look! Do better!
My husband signed up for a free 1-year subscription which he soon realized he wasn't interested in and didn't use. When we became aware of our card being charged a year later from our monthly credit card statement, customer service said that the plan was stated up front and they disconnected my call without any attempt to refund, prorate OR cancel our subscription like I asked them to. We were 37 days into the renewal. Awful and very disappointing.
What trickery is this, follow the free trial until they (Fox) bait and switches for. 5.99 subscription you can not cancel. That is stealing. Do you seriously think this is how you win customers? You have destroyed the trust I gave you.
I opted for Fox news one-year free subscription for military but they wanted my credit card to charge me $0.00 which is deceitful in my mind. They are hoping I will forget and it will auto renew next years. That is Fox news way of thanking me for my service. It is not enough that the government takes away our benefits because we are low hanging fruit. They are not smart enough to figure out other ways to save money even with all the pork available to cut. I could give many more examples of government scams to veterans. I cringe each time someone thanks me for my service since I know it is just lip service to make themselves feel better. Regards. Keith Hyde, MCPO, USN-ret.
Before I signed up for Fox Nation I asked if I could watch on multiple devices ONE at a time and was told yes. Your chat Bot told me to identify my devices and then was told that Fox Nation could not be seen on my Samsung, Sharp or LG TVs. There is no phone number to speak with technical support, just the chat bot who is not helpful. I am very upset. You lied to me. I will tell my experience to all who will listen to me. I was told that there were difficulties with Fox Nation. When will you fix it? How will I know? *******@comcast.net Better yet, call me at *******645
I tried twice to use the email offer code 25Now on the same day I received the email which was 3/8/23. I clicked on "rejoin now", and was not able to see where to enter code. After a few days I was told that because I purchases Fox Nation thru iTunes that they had to refund the money which they did. So I started again thinking that I did something wrong, as luck would have it, the same thing happened, not able to enter code. Not apple to talk to someone regarding this, worse customer service, will never renew with again, the offer is a scam!
I really like the programming, but I would like to share some shows with progressive friends and family! My son has become a progressive since going to Berkley, and I am trying! To let him see the light! My daughters too! Lol
Thanks,
Michelle
Within an hour and a half I realized that you coulld not stream Fox News, the reason I subscribed, and I thought I cancelled it. Two days later I still see the charge on credit card and I try to find a live customer service to speak with and you can't. Only on line can you type to customer service. They said I could not cancel, and I could not get a refund, all sales were final. Just a nasty way of doing business, and will no longer even acknowledge me. I have always supported Fox, but if this is the true face of the company, count me out.
I signed up for a year knowing we could look at the shows and have 7 days to review. We cancelled in 6 days, contacted customer support (Haydee M) because my account was not refunded. I was told a yearly subscription does not include a free trial. No exceptions! Was told to contact my bank.
I signed up for the service and was told I would receive the book "The Women of the Bible Speak". After 7 months I still can't get them to send it to me or refund my money.
Trying to learn how to access the service on my Smart TV was very hard.
Long Time Fox viewer, but this service is the worst. If you finally get on the menu, it is unbelievable for any professional service. To find Cops you have to go to the search bar as it is not categorized anywhere else. Then it may play, or it may not. I could go on, but what the use? Fox doesn't seem to pay any attention to the reviews.
They advertise free trial. When you click through, the best you can do is pay $. 99 the first month. That's simply not a free trial.
It's also just janky. Every time you press a video the page reloads back to the same place and doesn't play it. It's just poorly made and deceitful.
