I canceled Fox Nation and stopped watching Fox news after Tucker was fired. They still continue to send emails to rejoin at 1.99 a month. I would refuse FREE. I love NewsMax, they keep a backbone! So sad Fox turned into another fake news channel. Fox News Corporation has turned left!

Terrible customer service

I did a trial for subscription, and it charged me for a two year without warning at full cost, i tried to call with no answer, I finally was able to get into my account not easy, and found the subscription there I was 9 days short, so I am locked into a year subscrition, they are terrible advise do not sign up

This is the worst app in existence!
They make it impossible to cancel!
They pigeonhole their so called customers into doing everything through email! And NO ONE RESPONDS!
Do not subscribe to Fox Nation! They will steal your money and refer to "terms and conditions" after several attempts to cancel it!
After MULTIPLE attempts to chat with them, the chat hold time of 40 people ahead you drops your hold, and you have to start over just to be dropped again and again and again and again!

Don't buy into it. I just wanted to be able to watch certain shows to find out you have to stream some shows separately and they are locked. No refund, because they've probably screwed so many people over they can't afford the refund. Went to Sling. Screw fox nation, I'll watch Fox and Friends, Faulkner and other shoes on sling. At least they don't have false advertising like Fox Nation.

I signed up for FN. Paid for 1 year. Tried to access and all I got was " The application has encountered an error ". Sent I for to their help desk. Response was we have created a case number and will respond shortly. That was 2 months ago! Still waiting.
Have opened a case with my Credit Card for a refund.
What a Scam

Sign up process for signing up for VA memorial day offer was very pain-full as no clear description or process. Then when trying to contact customer service, only a chat option. Over an hour wait watching a screen that did not move. Sat on next for over 30 minutes. I am about to not watch any Fox product!

Lack of APP
July 30, 2021

I had just joined Fox Nation and found they do not have an app for my smart TV. Therefore, I cannot watch any of the streaming shows. I wish they had stated that on their website in bold letters, so people would not get hooked into purchasing their site. I am greatly disappointed and shocked that this problem was not solved before setting this site up. Looks like I will be cancelling it immediately.

Quality of Service

We understood that Fox Nation was commercial free. Is that not true? We have seen plenty of commercials after signing up. Also, it's close to impossible to hear the dialog. The background music and other background noise is far too loud. From what we were able to hear, we think this is a program that all Americans need to know about. It is, most likely, an excellent product if you could just do some tweaking with the sound and not charge for showing commercials.

What were they thinking?

Other than the complaints about customer service (I have never needed to contact them), I pretty much agree with the complaints voiced that are found in all the one and two star reviews. My biggest complaint is that if I am watching Hannity and my phone screen is live, all of the "links" for other epsisodes or other host's shows are also live so if I am not careful when I pick up my phone, another show starts playing--annoying as all hell! Most apps will solve this by having the current show that you are watching open on its own page with everything else on that page non-funcitonal but every page you open on FN will take you to parts unknown if you fat-finger something!

Put threw a whole long process including submitting veterans documents. Was approved only to be told during an obvious good credit submitted 3 times they thought I was a robot and was kicked. I believe this is a scam to get veterans personal information which I'm afraid may be used for something shady

I started out trying to change my email address - simple enough right?- but no I can; t change it because their software does not support it. Then I wanted to cancel my subscription but was not able to cancel and get a refund. No refunds even though I just signed up last month so now I have 2 years of fees paid. There is no phone number to call for support. After several attempts to have a chat, I finally had one and they cut me off in the middle of the chat. Clearly a zero star from me even though I had to give it at least one

The worst! Asking questions and receive a notice that the chat is ending due to inactivity. If they don't like the question, they disconnect. Extremely rude and unhelpful. One agent says you can only watch 1 device at a time and that this was a change from original 3 devices. The second agent says that isn't the case. Which is it? No phone number. Insist on written chat. Ridiculous waste of time.

Service is unusable

Subscribed in December 2019. The web streaming service for this site is very slow and videos constantly stop and apparently have buffering issues. I have very fast Verizon internet and the latest PC and streaming TV. Tried to cancel after 3 weeks but not success or response to my service ticket requests. WOW

AWESOME

I signed up specifically to watch Ainsley's Bible Study. I have been going through a difficult time with my daughter, and listening to her bible studies has given me hope. I had lost hope in how to handle our differences, but listening to all these beautiful testimonies has given me hope, and I can't wait to watch each & every episode. Thank you Ainsley for making a difference in my life. As you said in one of your episodes, this is not my battle, stop fighting and give it to God. Thank you for that simple buy so resonating truth. LOVE your bible study!

If you have any trouble getting logged on, just cancel your subscription. Their tech support people are of no help, but they ARE very rude and condescending. Lots of good content, but NO customer service.

Fox Nation is big enough company whereas they should have control of any offers made.

In my case I was given a year free but in two weeks I was cancelled because I did not place CC for renew and they could not bill the card. Pure scam using Veterans and first responder in order to scam us Shame on Fox. So call supporters of Patriots

Lack of Tech Support
March 15, 2022

Yesterday I purchased a 2 year plan for Fox Nation and it took hours to download the app on my IPhone.
The next day I downloaded the app in seconds on my Fire Stick.
I open the app and signed in with my user name and password.
I watched Tucker Carlson and at the end I was notified that my Free Trail had expired and to enter the four digit code on my phone to verify my tv/fire Stick.
After an hour watching the wheel spin on the mobile app.
I tried to contact Tech Support as was bombarded with help topics to read.
None were helpful.
Fox Nation to avoid unsatisfied customers only wants to discuss issue via chat or email.
They have no solutions and just want to avoid speaking on the problem and solutions.

The only way I can watch this on my not so smart TV is through my cable provider and they also charge me $64 and some change plus $25 installation fee. Fox also charged my pay pal account the same fee so I was charged twice. I cancelled both subscriptions, now I hope to get my money back.
