I recently started using a fountain pen again and picked up a new one, but didnt like the nib. After figuring out what size i needed i stumbled across Fountainpenrevolution.com. I ordered a set of nibs, which were close in size (nib point) to what i wanted, but not what i ordered. I contacted them and within 24 hours i recieved an email apologizing for the error and my correct set would be mailed immediately at no extra charge or need to return the others.
