I recently started using a fountain pen again and picked up a new one, but didnt like the nib. After figuring out what size i needed i stumbled across Fountainpenrevolution.com. I ordered a set of nibs, which were close in size (nib point) to what i wanted, but not what i ordered. I contacted them and within 24 hours i recieved an email apologizing for the error and my correct set would be mailed immediately at no extra charge or need to return the others. Pricing is unbeatable, service is excellent, and the quality of the products rival that of expensive retailers. Highly recommended!
