Notice that there are three different reviews repeated by different people word for word. None of these reviews are real... except, perhaps, the few that mention being ghosted after they pay. Please don't give away your hard earned money to a bunch of crooks looking to take advantage of those of us having a hard time!
Hi laura thank you for helping us find a safe place for me and my kids. Its been really tough getting approved out here. Rentals just dont last long and with the bad credit even worse. I rather pay to stay in a hotel than putting my kids into an unsafe neighborhood. We can finally get our things out of storage live like a normal family. It has been so hard living out of suitcases for my kids. You are my hero!
My apartment locator referred me to this company. She said she has been sending them all the customers that cant get approved and they get them done for her as long as their income is enough. So you gotta have a job and make 3 times the rent. I do so no problem for me and I dont have any criminal issues. Got notice of approval in 2 days.

I purchased a rental property from this site a couple of months ago and am currently working with her on a second one. The staff members are very friendly and available 24/7. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you guys!
Hi debra, i do not write reviews but your service has really encouraged me! I was worried about losing my money after paying you guys but that fear went away only 3 days afer because i received my approval! I called to check it out from the property and found it was real as can be! Spoke to the manager and all! We love our new place and i promise we wont let you down!
Beware, Lindsey from this company does not know what she is doing. I jumped through hoops to get her everything she asked for and it was very apparent she has never done this before. She couldn't read a simple pay stub and has no idea about tax statuses. She was slow to respond and never checked emails. After two weeks of BS and having her keep me in tow, I found my own guarantor. I recommend to keep as far away as you can from this company!

Apparently someone else for was in it for the money only. But thats not how our business works. You cant buy your way into doing business with us. Super scared at first paying some company over the internet. But when they said credit card only I was ok with that. The guy I spoke to said you are protected because if we dont deliver you can always get your money back. Right he was. I filled out the credit card form. Days went by and no charge. So I called in to see whats going on. They said they are trying to confirm the details with the property before they charge my card. Well, I can tell you these people are not money grubbers. They got my info for the unit like the price and date available sent me an email confirmation with all the details then charged my card. Well. Needless to say I was approved by the end of the business day. They said it will take up to 3 days. Paid my balance to them and signed everything. Got my keys and I was not embarrassed or treated any differently on my move in day. People this company is legit.
The only complaint I have is that it took forever to get the information from the property I picked out. I know its not this company's fault though cause I went by the apartment on the weekend and they never answer the phone. When I finally went there and this company got the info on the unit I wanted it went super fast from there. My approval took 3 full days!

You guys need to get your marketing people to do you better. Where have you been people? I have been stuck at an extended stay hotel for 3 months! If I knew about you guys sooner I would have done this 3 months ago!
I'm in the process of using their service now. On Monday I submitted all requested paper work including personal information. Since, I've gotten emails from David Rothchild & their Visnova USA corporate compliance team that their working on it. Now I call the *******703 number and its say's it's been Disconnected!. Their is very little communication and the fact that I can't get anyone on the phone is SCARY. At the most this process should take 3days. Or they should be able to explain why it is taking longer. I asked david and he said their a situation. I'll remove this review if the company contacts me via phone not email and tells me what's going on...
I spoke to David 2 months ago. He went over everything and the fees. Did not realize they cost a lot! But I get it. When he explained how much they would be at risk for the total lease it made sense to me. So here I am 2 months later with my money together. I GOT 2 MONTHS RENT FREE PROMOTION AT THE PLACE I PICKED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANYS CREDIT!
I was sceptical at first; you never know who to trust. This company, did in fact, help me get my desired apartment. I just moved in today. They don't mess around. You have to provide proof of income and pass a criminal background check. There is so much more to say, but please just trust me... they are legit. I had unpleasant situation 3 years ago and had an eviction on my record. That is tricky and when I finally was in good situation to move in one apartment I loved I couldn't get it. So, one of my friends suggested me these guys, because they have already helped him to get an apartment. I applied online and through the phone we arranged the details. Very soon everything was settled and I moved in quickly. Big thank you to this great company. Very honest and professional!

I found them on a search and went to the website. I put in the form and then was told to fill out a full application. I did and they told me to send all my income information to make sure I can pay the rent every month. They didnt care about my credit score or previous eviction. All they cared about was If I could afford the rent. They checked my employment inside and out thats for sure. But I did get my approval thru them and then after paying for part of the total fee the full approval from the apartment I picked. I 100% loved the service I got.
