Forex Cargo UK: Today, we had 2 delivery guys collect our boxes and they were so rude. They came 30 minutes before estimated time and I have asked them if they can wait a bit for us to finish and the guy flatly said no. He said this should have been ready. I even told him it takes time for me as I am pregnant and he said its not his problem. I said they should have messages us to inform us that they are on the way and he walked off while I was talking. Both the guy I talked to and the driver are Very rude and disrespectful to a pregnant lady. I called him out for being rude and he said I was the one being rude from the start in which I asked him in what way and he didn't respond. I told him I will reschedule and he said if I asked nicely he would come back for it. The nerve to say that line. I would not apologise for something I didn't do. So I said I will just reschedule and then he said he will come back for 1 hour and a half to get the box. I am not going to use this service anymore. The only reason we used them because previously the person collecting our boxes was very kind and was Respectful even though the boxes delivered was delayed but now I will never use their service if this are the type of people with rude attitude and being disrespectful collecting the boxes.

Sick to death of companies using Covid as an excuse to deliver poor and pathetic services. This company is the worst, we were recommended by a friend to use Forexcargo to send our Balikbayan boxes to Philippines as we usually use BM Express, so we gave Forex a go, they are slow and incompetent from pick up in Perth, Western Australia to getting the boxes to Sydney in a timely manner, was told here 6-8 weeks boxes will be delivered Metro Manila. We thought excellent. Well we 8 weeks in and tracking shows ship still in China waiting to go to Philippines, called Forex they have no idea when boxes will arrive, no idea when ship will transit, had to ring multiple times as Customer Service promise to call you back with updates but never do. Had a friend use BM Express send a box a week later than us, and the box is already there in Manila and delivered. NEVER EVER AGAIN using Forexcargo, and those who say its a good company thats fine wait till your cargo gets held up and damaged in transit.!
