Hello we have been a frequent customer and have been satisfied
I'd asked for you to write "Do no fold" on the outside, thinking this flat marker would be delivered in a flat envelope. Instead, you addressed it to person "Do not fold", which is simply beyond weird. You could have just told me you were shipping it in a box and it wasn't possible for the carrier to fold it.
One other thing, not your fault, but USPS just threw it on the ground outside my garage door instead of the front door, and marked it "delivered in mailbox", which was not only stupid of them but also a lie. And it was thrown where the garbage men were going to pickup trash (and anything lying on the ground) the next morning. I would have never received it had I not discovered it where it wasn't supposed to be. Again, not your fault, but just consider this when using USPS as a carrier.

I can only speak for the items I need, but the inventory on those items has been low for quite some time. However, once in stock, they are shipped quickly and arrive correctly fulfilled. I am aware that low inventory is a widespread issue and not necessarily the fault of the distributor.
