Fontana Showers

The first shower sets I saw here in the website, and I liked it immediately. Once I received it I realize It was a great choice, everything mentioned in the product details were correct, and the shower worked perfectly after being installed.

I ordered a rainfall shower from them on June 22,2020. Mid July I sent a request asking for the status of my order and was told they would contact the warehouse... never heard back from that person. On July 22nd I contacted them again and was told they could not figure out if it was sent or not. I stated I did not receive it and there was not any tracking on it. They told me once again they would look into it. July 24th I was told they were out of the product and I told them I wanted a refund. I was told it would be processed. It is now Aug 17th and no refund has been done, they also are ignoring every email I send asking for the status of the refund. I'm now going to have to file a claim with my credit card for them taking my money and not sending me the product. I can't believe this company basically stole my money. I would highly recommend you not order from them!

I absolutely love this company! They have great products for a great price and their customer service is very professional and helpful! The touchless faucet works like a dream and I couldn't ask for any better!

I have ordered multiple products from Bath Select when I upgraded our house. I got rainfall shower head for my bathroom, SMART led faucet head for my bathroom and smart LED faucet so i am not wasting water! All the products came in on time and weren't difficult at all to install. I highly recommend getting your bathroom accessories from them for reasonable and good quality products

This shower head works like a charm. Great quality. Therapeutic rainfall feeling & looks great in our shower. If you are looking for a large rain shower head that delivers great constant pressure over a broad area - this is the head for you. The water dispersion on the showerhead is great, it reminds me of a mini version of those waterfall showerheads, but this one lights up and is much cheaper for those of us on a budget:)

A great product at a great price

I bought a faucet that came with the wrong compression connection (as confirmed by Fontana Showers' customer support), so my plumber had to leave in the middle of the job, find an adapter, buy it, come back, and continue working. So a job that should've taken 20 minutes ended up taking 90. After I sent Fontana Showers a photo of the compression connection and the adapter (attached here), and explained what happened, they gave me a $9 partial refund, which doesn't even cover the cost of the adapter. When I told them that, they said $9 was the maximum amount they were allowed to give me, per a mysterious policy that they opted not to name or provide any information about.

On the plus side, the product is nice, and their customer support was extremely responsive and seemed to understand the issue. I think the issue here is not that the customer support staff did anything wrong, though. I think the issue is that whoever made the decision regarding the partial refund amount is unwilling to take accountability for Fontana Showers' mistake.

The shower heads from Fontana showers are like no other! After a hard day at work coming home to my shower 🚿 is what I am most excited for!

We installed this in a bathroom remodel and love it! Solid, classy, unique, and sometimes sings with the right water flow. Very light resonance, not annoying at all. I love my new Fontana shower.

Fontana Showers has gone beyond meeting my expectations! Not only did i get a top of the line product, they also did it fast, friendly, and professional!

I bought all my shower fixtures in late last Feb just before the lockdown. Resumed the project 2 months ago. Numerous missing and broken pieces. They refused to do anything at all. "out of warranty" which is pretty lame during a pandemic.
Now I am forced to buy the replacement parts (Led rainshower, body jet and misc parts) from them or someone else that sells them. Unhappy!
Customer service is non exhistant. They use an automated system that just does not work at all. It takes weeks to get a response and even then nothing is deffinative. The only people that answer the phone are sales people. When you ask a service question they tell you to submit a ticket. Terrible expierence. My $1200. 00 shower system has exploded to a total of $1700. 00

I ordered a bathroom sink faucet and I love it! Well made, beautiful design! Great price and fast delivery. Will definitely be doing more business with this company!
