This shower panel looks great in the picture, and was pretty excited to see this in real life. It does look great in real life, just some issue with the finish. It has this small scratches on the paneling, they need to put more quality control in place with their products. Nonetheless, this one's a great piece.

The rep was so friendly and she sent me easy installation instructions. The quality of the faucet is very durable and it was affordable. I ordered a shower system, it was missing parts. Oh it was also missing the instructions. I called to get replacement parts, they sent me the wrong part then they sent me a new system... again the same 2 parts were missing. My plumber has been out to my house 2 times already... I called them again about the parts they wanted me to photograph all the parts I did get (haha) and after a half hour we got disconnected. This has held up my bathroom remodel now for a week.
