I ordered a custom size mattress for an outdoor hanging day bed! I needed it within a couple of days. I contacted them after I placed the order as I forgot to state this and not only did they get it here a couple of days before I actually needed it the size was exactly as I ordered! Best customer service I have dealt with in years! We need more companies with this kind of service!
I have ordered from Foam Factory on two separate occasions and both times I have received a product that I was satisfied with. They were both for a custom size with a custom cover. I do wish the custom cover was a little cheaper otherwise I'm pretty happy with it. The foam is good quality. The first one we use as a day bed and the second we use as a seat cushion at our owner's entry. I love the perfect fit and feel! I would buy from them again.

After buying a name brand mattress and having it break down after only a couple of years we decided to try a foam mattress from the Foam Factory. I ordered 3 high density cushions with dacron wrap for seats for my porch chairs. Despite being 26x22x5, they arrived compressed in a surprisingly small package. The popped into actual size the second I opened the package. Inside the package, the cushions were nicely wrapped in plastic and tied with a decorative ribbon. I put them into cushion covers that I sewed myself. I have been using the cushions only a few weeks, but I am very happy with them. They are super comfortable, and I would highly recommend the dacron wrap. Not only does it make for a nice finish once the cushion is inside your cushion cover, but it also makes it much easier to get the cushion inside the cover. I am so happy with the cushions, I am planning another order for a second project for cushions for the ottomans on the porch.
I ordered the product to create some cushions for my porch area and I found that this company has the cheapest option with good reviews so I decided to buy it. The product was much better that I was expected. The foam rapidly took the original shape after I took it from the box. The delivery was on time too.

When I wanted to replace the cushions on my couch, I went online to price foam. I couldn't believe that most of the places that I researched, it would cost me almost as much as buying a new couch. But when I came across Foam Factory, I saw that I could purchase a sheet of foam, and cut the cushions myself. And with the free shipping, my bill was under $100. I have never made my own cushions before, but the foam came, I cut it out, and I now have a brand new couch. My friends and family just could not believe that I did this on my own! I order LUX cushions that are 3 thick with the dacron wrap for an extra $12 for a set of benches I made for the my kitchen. The cushions came very quickly and very tightly wrapped. As instructed, I quick unbox and unwrapped them to give them time to expand. The dacron wrap was perfect on the cushions covering all four sides. I then stapled the upholstery cloth around a 3/4 plywood deck that made up the top (similar to how chair are done). The dacron wrap gives the seats a very professional-finished look along with making these cushions very comfortable. Buy the dacron, I've done it with and without and the difference is amazing, buy the dacron. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my benches.
Not much to say. The web sight worked fairly well. Phone conversation was easy and accurate. Ordered a custom size and received an excellent product, correct at a great price. I recommend them.
Excellent Product, perfect for replacing mattresses and couch cushions. Don't buy a new couch or mattress, save hundreds of dollars using Foam Factory.
