Excellent Service! I ordered rose bouquet n chocolate cake for my parents Anniversary. At first I was little apprehensive reading the reviews but still took a try The flower bouquet was not exactly like pic but was good n the cake was excellent.Delivery was made on time.Definitely would recommend to friends. I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any problem. I'm super disappointed of this company. I'll never purchase any flower or gift in www.FNP.com

I want to surprise my friend on her birthday at Gurgaon India, the guard didn't let the FNP enter the building so I end up asking my friend to call the shop and they re-deliver my order. It is good but very expensive.Not affordable everytime.
The shipping charge(midnight) is really very expensive and the cost of half a kg. Is also v. high.

This is my first order with ferns and petals and after much research, I ended up ordering flowers for a death anniversary. I was particular to send good and fresh flowers, with COVID in the city I had to pick and decide a place. They did a great job. It looked exactly like my selection from online I had ordered red and white roses in black cardboard box. I am pleased with their service in COVID times. I highly recommend this store.

Reading the reviews off the web really made me nervous whether or not I should order a bouquet from this site.
However, I had a pleasant experience with them. The customer service was super helpful and prompt.
I even received a discount! They also periodically informed me through email when the item is out for delivery and included pictures of the finished item after it was delivered.
The bouquet itself though, it was... okay. It wasn't exactly as what's shown on the site but still acceptable.
I had great experience with ferns and petals since last 3-4 year. I love the cake, it should be fresh and on time always and also they provide an great service to us.
