I placed an order for a 1 kg cake, and they delivered 500 grams. They charged me 150 extra for the same-day delivery, and I filed a complaint the same day (after 15 minutes) and shared the details to the customer's execution with images of the cake with weight machine( in weight machine cake wait was 503 gm) The executive assured me that they would deliver the remaining 500 grams cake within the next 48 hours.

Who will cut the remaining cake after the occasion?

FnP delivered a birthday gift 3 days ahead of the birthday. Worse, the greetings card that was supposed to come with the gift was not there.

Don't fall for this company, worst customer service I've experienced in Dubai. They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don't even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. Also they even delivered to a wrong address and when I messaged to complain my delivery was not with me they said they would deliver after another hr. Can't be trusted and won't refund your money, they are in the wrong and even dare to say they will only refund you after 10 days

The service was deeply disappointing, and the team's competency in effective communication was lacking. Additionally, there was a significant issue with the management of financial transactions, as payments were taken without the swift completion of product deliveries. This situation has been thoroughly lamentable, marked by evident misleading behavior and an oversight of customer satisfaction.

I ordered royal truffle cake which cost me 658 Rs in total, and I am extremely unhappy with the size of the cake for that amount.

Very expensive and the portion size isvery small given the amount.

Extremely unhappy, this is the last time I am ordering from you.

I ordered flowers 10 days before for valentines day delivery.
They said cannot deliver, my partner was all day at home, address has no problems at all.
Ruined some ones happiness.
Never recommend this people again.

Order anything only if you want to loose your money,even after 7 days my product hasn't been received, neither they are refunding, they will promise to solve the issue in 24to48hrs and so on.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by FnP regarding my recent order for Valentine's Day. I placed an order ten days in advance, consisting of a bouquet and chocolates, with the expectation of a timely and heartfelt delivery to my loved one. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete failure.
Despite the significant lead time provided, only one parcel, the chocolates, was supposedly delivered. The bouquet, a crucial part of the Valentine's Day surprise, was not received by the intended recipient. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was informed that the bouquet was delivered to a random security guard, a claim denied by the guards themselves.

The cake was fresh and tasty. Flowers and candle all were on time. Fnp made our day special, Thank you team fnp

Worst and rude customer service, cancellation policy is poor. Stay away from this place. They never value the customers

Very bad and unprofessional service. I am very disappointed and this was the 3rd time of disappointment and they failed miserably. NOT ANYMORE. The location in Canada and time was very clear and concise. All they were supposed to do was to deliver cake and flower on time in Jan 13, they could not even do that. My order was delivered partial and late. And when I sent them email to cancel my order for which is not delivered, they dared to write me back on Jan 14 saying order is international and will be delivered on international time lol. If you guys don't even understand international time zones then why take orders. Declare yourself un-educated and pathetic.

Local cake shop and florals will be more trustable than FNP. Everyone, refrain from using FNP for your own disappointment sake. You will only be disappointed and they don't even accept there mistake.

I gave Ferns & Pedals every opportunity to deliver these flowers and they failed miserably! The address in Singapore is very clear & concise AND there is staff at the location where the flowers are to be delivered, 24/7 (in other words, every minute of every day of the week). All the F n P delivery has to do is show up with the flowers and drop them off! I gave them written instructions 3 different times on 2 different days and they could not follow them. What really bothers me is I put in 2 similar orders in October and September to the EXACT SAME PERSON & LOCATION and the flowers were delivered fine and on time! I was really counting on these flowers and they let me down. I lost almost $100 on their incompetence & failure.

Sent three rakhi orders to Germany. Not delivered on time and partially delivered. Last year I was very impressed with the service but this year disappointed.

My delivery was on time, the flower bouquet was fresh & pretty, I was always updated. Smooth process

I ordered cake on valentine for my parents. They lied for the delivery by saying attempted to deliver but unable to contact recipient, refused for redelivery.

The first picture is the actual delivered floral arrangement and second pic is the ordered item picture.The floral arrangement was stale with wilted flowers. Had only 2 color roses in place of 3. Total number of flowers were less. The white accent floral arrangement in the picture was completely missing. Very bad and unprofessional florals arrangement. I am very disappointed. They told me the wer go to send a replacement the next day and I am still waiting. You are better off calling a local cake shopes or florist to deliver your present. It will be 100 time more reliable and honest..

Short of unacceptable. Instead of providing a solution or actively

Furthermore, the excuse that you are unable to provide the contact

Prepaid order with the expectation that it would be delivered on time.

I demand an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this matter. The

Glad and delighted with the innovative digital service provided by fnp. Aameer Tarique, the guitarist was amazing and has a wonderful voice. Would highly recommend Aameer and fnp.

DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. THEY ARE BIG THIEVES. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU IMMEDIATELY AND THEN NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS OR THE GIFTS. I had ordered Cake and rose bouquet from this brand for my sister's silver wedding anniversary...a person called from FN P and told me that the order selected by me can be customized but would require me to pay more. I agreed and paid on the link sent by him and order was placed.
Guess what the cake looked horrible as if a child had created it not at all similar or close to the pic shown while selecting.
Bouquet with chocolates were supposed to be 25roses +25chocolates while what they sent was 20 each.
When I complained guess what they said...they would offer 20% discount on next order placed...not at all bothered about the silver anniversary occasion spoilt by them despite the fact that they charged me a bomb for it.
This brand cannot be trusted and is not a brand that helps make memorable moments.

I ordered flowers for my family and they were delivered in good state and delivery was well coordinated.
