Omg! I'm so freakin mad I'm crying. They screwed up my Valentine Day! I paid a lot for the flowers to be delivered on VDay. They guaranteed the delivered for 2/14. These idiots delivered this ugly bouquet, without the party d heart balloon and the vase. How could they do this. They had no compassion about what happened.
