I recently ordered a dress for my daughter's birthday. I ordered the dress two weeks early so that it would reach on time. A few days passed and I didn't receive the dress so I checked the USPS tracking system, the tracking showed that my dress was delivered however I did not receive it. I emailed support at flowergirldress to inquire. A support team member by the name of JENNY T. Responded to my email. This wonderful lady went in investigation mode. She called USPS daily; spoke to several managers, reps, supervisor etc. Come to find out that my package was delivered to the wrong address. Jenny then got the owner of the company Belinda involved; they were now both on the hunt for my missing dress. Keep in mind the time zone is EST and PST, which made it a little difficult to communicate. Jenny emails me several times a day with updates on the dress. She and the owner Belinda called several times a day to USPS to get an update on my dress. While USPS was trying to find my dress. Jenny sent me a replacement dress that came on time before my daughter birthday. Jenny T went above and beyond, she took the time to follow up with me despite the time difference, and she got the owner Belinda of the store involved who was also a big help. I want to take this time to say a BIG THANK YOU TO JENNY T. She showed great care; support and true concern about making sure my daughter's birthday dress come on time. Flower girl dress for less is an excellent store to shop at. My experience started out bad but ended up wonderful. Thank you again Jenny T. Bless You!

Never have I ever dealt with a company that actually cared! And I mean to the core cared about their customers and product. First the dresses are flawless the shipping is flawless but the level of costumer service is better than I have ever dealt with. My daughter was very ill and because of the owner of the company and an amazing representative named jenny my daughter was princess for a day. Something I will never forget and will consider myself a costumer of theirs for ever now. This company has a heart and that is rare!
I had my flower girl dress ordered from this site. I was a little concerned as I had seen the reviews after I ordered the dress, but I also was having a difficult time finding a flower girl dress in champagne and in vintage Victorian style to match my dress. No local shops had anything close to what I was looking for and expecially in the champagne so I took a chance. I prayed a lot! Well, my flower girls mom ordered the dress and it was beautiful. She said that she didn't have any problems with the ordering process. My only wish was that we (so this is on us) would've bought a petticoat for her to wear with the dress.
Would I recommend ordering from them? I can't really say whole heartly because I've seen the reviews on here and they are mixed. I thought it would be safe because it is an American company, but it seems that may not even matter in some cases. I guess my best advice is to proceed with caution.
Placed an order online. Late the next day I receive email that they do not have size and will smaller work. Emailed them to send smaller size along with another dress for backup, as long as I can return it. I heard nothing for 3 days. Then receive email that they would be happy to send additional dress but need my credit card info. Sent it. Paid with PayPal 1st time. Ordered and pd for 3 day ship. One week later my order is still not shipped. Left several messages and no response. Need dress for April, 20,2013 wedding. Are they scammers or what? They are same comp. As lightinabox site. From China? All dresses say, made in USA! I can't be only person scammed as their phone says it is full for new messages! Anyone else, please let me know your experience. Hoping they will come through! No response Will add more to review after or if I receive my order and my bank acct. Is intact!

I purchased a child's flower girl gown for a wedding. When ordered it did not indicate final sale or "special order", I looked carefully at the fine print; now it does, three weeks later. I asked to exchange for smaller size. Took several emails to get an answer yet they were willing to exchange it. Wedding called off. The dress was never removed from the box and it has been less than 30 days since it was ordered. They refused to give a refund stating it was "special order AND final sale, no refunds or exchanges". The web site NOW has it listed as "special order". Only wish I had printed original information prior to purchase. I am out $127.00; Customer service very poor. No way to reach by phone, I tried many times. E-mail turn around is horrible yet they say 24 hrs, try 2-3 days if then. Will never buy from them again. Not sour grapes here, true experience.
I had ordered a dress from this website in April for a June wedding only to find out that it was on back order after I emailed them. They said it would be in by the end on the month and would arrive before I needed it. When I emailed them in May asking what the status was on the dress the again said that it would be at the end on the month. When I still didn't hear anything from them in the begining of June I emailed them back and they told me that it would not get in until after the date I needed so I had to find a new dress 2 weeks before my wedding and they did not give me any kind of a discount on another dress so I had to spend more money and the dress did not arrive until the week before my wedding. They only go through email for the most part. If you want to call them you can call the number from the website but you get a recording telling you to leave a message and they would get back to you usually the same day. In my case I did call them after I was told that my dress would not be in until the end of June and they did not call me back until the next day and I was unavailable to talk to them because I was a work. They only operate between the hours of 10 and 4:30 so if you are lucky to get more than one response from them in a day. The dress that I originally ordered is still on their website but it does not say anything about being on back order.
