I ordered a cake from FlowerAura 2 days back and today morning it was delivered. The buying experience was good. However the post purchase experience is horrible. Chat executive stopped responding, one she heard about the cake.
I have uploaded 2 pictures, one which I received and one that was shown in website.
The cake is smashed all over and the top is filthy. Horrible birthday experience ever!
Service and customer support is just amazing! Loved the people on call support so amazingly they answered my queries and also no compromise on quality. Thanks Floweraura team.
