I wanted to order the flowers for a particular occasion. Emran, Rashid and other support team were pro in making suggestions and helping in required customizations. I am highly convinced by their deep urge to high customer service and satisfaction.
I have used Flower Aura service from outside India, and they promptly solve my questions and provide appropriate service.
I sought some help today while placing an order. Flower Aura reps get on the chat quick and are very helpful. My experience with Emran was exceptional and he went out of the way to help me customize my order and stayed with me till the time the matter was fully done. I am a regular client and that's for a great reason- great products but equally great service!

One suggestion to Floweraura, please add a good, premium selection of chocolates in same-day delivery. Regular chocolates anyone can get from the corner shop. For the special gifts need special chocolates. Some nice dark chocolate will be a very good addition.
Issue resolved quickly. Slot was changed as per my requirements. Satisfied with the customer service.
