The cakes are delicious. It is my 3rd time ordering from Singapore, the ordering process is also extremely easy with many payment options. Would like to mention Emran specially who went out of the way to get the cake delivered on the same day. Would recommend 10/10

I ordered a get well soon bouquet of lilies and they said we don't have lilies so we will do our best with roses and gerberas.
A- they never have lilies it is the third time.
B- for the price of lilies I get roses and gerberas
C- the presentation skills are 0/10 even a fifth grade kid could make a better bouquet, it was just a pink paper wrapped around some flowers.
D- now lets talk about sense - What I ordered was a get well soon bouquet and what the made was a $#*!tiest one with all the gerberas and red roses as if I am gonna give it for some formal wedding.
E- last but not the least time is none of their concern. Never deliver on time.

Good service from customer agents Manish and Kamal - right from pre-order queries to post order modifications - I had 2 orders to be delivered on the same they did not arrive on the same day, arrived a day early but at least not late. I ordered the red love carnation potted plant which did not look like the picture but that is fine as its nature and not machine built.
