One of the customer online supporter MANISH, am much impressed with his service. He is very attentive and showing too much patience to help me and improve your supporting system. It was my second attempt. First one, one mister Ankush left the conversation then I tried again and Manish came to attend my inquiry.
Had to make sure that a terrarium plant is delivered on time when another site dropped the ball and Kamal from support helped me with the selections that could be delivered ASAP as well as with custom printed message to go with it. I am extremely happy with the swiftness and quality of the help provided.

Lot of follow up taken still no one is cared about the customer issue. They promised call back and do not do it. There is no return or replacement policy available for the product. They will give you points which is of no use. No reason to buy any product
