Well, disullusion: It is a slow and patient process on any site. But it certainly seems to be a good one. Came across some nice profiles and hope to get in touch soon. This is one of the most useless site defrauding people. Immediately you signed up you will start receiving messages upon messages and you will be told that you can't view the messages till you make payment., but once you make the payment, the messages will stop coming and you won't even get a reply from the people sending you messages. This site is fake and they are only after your money. Please stay away for your own good.
This web site is the most used by more scammers then I have ever associated mhyself with. These people need to police their website. I personally was scammed for over $6,200 and they just prey on men. I cannot go on that site and have a woman IM me asking me for money... they need to get it together or they should be punished.
At first, I signed up and got messages that you can't view cos you have to be a paid member, paid, saw the messages and replied but stopped getting replies back. It's a scam for you to pay. I think there are actually no real messages. Tell me how someone that's liked me and I liked back and we are a match is online and keeps getting my messages wouldn't want to reply?

Foreign site scam. Fake profiles by staff. Performed a Google Image Search and found many of these "girls" are foreigners even though they say they are in your state.
Took it a bit further. Used a VPN and noticed the same girls from one state are the same girls from another state.

I like flirt.com but it needs to get with the times and change up a little, you know? I was using hookup hangout recently and it was good to try something a bit different.
