I disagree with most other guys: Flirt seems to be one of the better sites. I have used it in the past and actualy met up with someone so it works! It is some work though and it ain't easy at all. This site seems like it was really intentionally designed by someone wanting to find a relationship because it makes it really easy to find people you'd genuinely like to connect with. You can easily avoid all the BS of other sites and get down to dating.
I'd reccomend it you get a lot of girls that are living within like 30 miles of you which is fantastic. On another site I got into a long distance relationship which tore me apart. After agreeing to break up, I went on flirt.com and it only showed women that I could meet up with. It's a beautiful thing when a dating site like this one is actually built for finding love!
Tried Flirt a while ago and received a bunch of messages. Turns out some of them were not even real. I am not sure anything has changed. IMO the site is ok if you are using your common sense but be aware that some messages and profiles are not real. I'd say it is a good alternative to Yamvoo or Tinder

This used to be the crème de la crème of hookup dating. I had some UNREAL nights thanks to Flirt for sure. It's still a decent enough site IMO but im getting more luck out of new sites like hookuphangout.com.
I purchased a membership with flirt.com after sending hundreds of messages never getting a reply even when it is showing that people are online… Then noticed when I went to gaystryst.com, Gaysgodating.com and a couple others I realised that the same profiles were copied across all Of these sites… I believe these are just duplicated and spat out to make someone money for a fake service

There are a few similar dating sites like Flirt. So far, I've tried Flirt, HookupHangout, and AdultFriendFinder. My feelings on them are kinda mixed. AFF was ok but not much to choose from in my area, Flirt was definitely busier but it seemed like a lot of bots and old profiles, HH has been a happy medium for me. Not as many profiles as Flirt but more recent signups and responses to my messages. The men I've met in person have been nice to me and for the most part look like their pics.
