These scammers. Got an email
Saying shoes were being shipped DHL (first sign of scam) because if Flight Club is verifying shoes in America why are they coming from Asia where the fakes are made. I asked a question about this and was told they are so busy that they needed to open a location in Asia for their growing business (BS response). I get the shoes and there were a ton of inconsistencies in the shoe itself. I reached out to them and was told to send them photos. I did this Monday October 2,2023 and it's Friday October 6,2023 with no reply to my emails AFTER I sent them the pictures. I firmly believe they are paying for these reviews online. They are garbage please don't ignore. Don't say maybe it's a disgruntled customer before I became a disgruntled customer. I am going to expose these jerks EVERY CHANCE I can.

I ordered a Jordan pair of sneakers. Next day they were at my door in perfect conditions, but they are not originals. They should be all white but they have beige parts.

I reached out to their support team to let them know there was a mistake when placing the order. They agreed to give me a refund. I have reached out plenty of times because the refund never hit my account. Their representatives keep saying that it was refunded (every email they mention a different refund date), but my bank shows it was withdrawn from my account at a date later than mentioned. They keep giving me the run around and I don't know who else to contact.

This company does not keep you informed on your order. It takes weeks to get your shoes from them. No one communicates to inform what's going on or when you will receive your order.
I really don't see the point of this company at all.

IMA BE HONEST. IF YOU TRYING TO GET AN EARLY SHOE BEFORE THE THE RELEASE DATE. DONT GO THRU FLIGHT CLUB… THEY LITERALLY TAXING ME ON SHOES THAT THEY DON'T HAVE IN THEIR POSSESSION. THEY WILL TAKE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AN CALL OTHER SHOE RESELLERS FOR MY SHOES (SOMETHING I COULD'VE DID) BUT I ORDERED MY SHOES 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE AN BOOM IM JUST GETTING A TRACKING NUMBER 4 DAYS AWAYS FROM THE RELEASE DATE. I COULD'VE WAITED ON THE RELEASE DATE AN PAID REGULAR PRICE IF I WOULD'VE KNOWN… AN THEN ONCE THEY TOOK SO LONG TO VERIFY THE SHOES THEY REGULAR SHIP THEM LIKE I DIDNT JUST WAIT 4 WEEKS AN PAID ALL THAT MONEY ALREADY! PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IF WE PAYING SO MUCH…. FLIGHT CLUB NEVER AGAINNN ORDERED WAY ON THE 7th Of September… SHOES COME OUT THIS WEEK AN STILL DONT HAVE THEM ‍ NEVER AGAIN

These clowns mailed the right box 9.5 even put the size indicator stickers 9.5, but put WRONG SIZE SHOES 10.5 C'mon Man!

Then the customers services representatives( four of them) corresponding via email offered a refund if their "Authenticators" didn't find any blemish! Yeah right, y'all would probably mark a blemish on purpose just to avoid refunding my 250.74.

No thanks! I'll keep the shoes and sell!

Received my trainers and first thing I noticed was the box was taped up so heavily damaged which I wasn't notified of. I then noticed some loose stitching and finally a fault on the front of the trainer where the sole is attached. I emailed them stating this and received a response asking me to send images including that of them with the flight club tags… well they never arrived with said tags? I sent all images and then they continued to ignore all emails from me, I'm now in the process of taking this up with my bank for some form of reverse of my payment if they're not willing to sort the issue out. Shop elsewhere it really isn't worth it with them they're service is the worst!

Be aware they don't even accommodate the customers only email no customer service! Order the wrong size and they want eben exchange them telling me I can resell them if someone buys them and they for my sons school shoes! They don't have any kind of customer service

So bought pair of shoes and never got em then they promised credit to order new ones and they lied completely dishonest company don't recommend buying anything from flight club

So nobody knows about Jordan apparently. Where do you all think his shoes are made? You can't blame FC, they SELL the shoes. LOL. Those shoes in the stores are from there too. That's why he charge you goofs so much. I've been getting sneakers from FC for years and never had an issue.

You can't call the store that's the first strike and can't email them that's the second strike and there authentication process takes to long it's really says in a faq it can take up to 30 days that's bad no good

They sent me a pair of used Jordan's and then try to play it off like they weren't when they clearly were. I took the hit but I will never shop here again!

So I decided to order a pair of sneakers for my granddaughter for school, that lives in Florida, the order took for ever to com, almost a month, I received the sneakers and there was a yellow stain, and I was leaving from Virginia to take the sneaker that weekend, it was 7/26/23 and shook in Florida starts in early August, I had to clean and I used dawn soap and a mr clean white eraser sponge, I'm so disappointed, I know someone saw the yellow stain when they shipped it, you lost me as a customer, I should of checked the reviews, looking pretty bad to me

It's a bit confusing because there appears to be an American website with physical stores in nyc, la, and Miami, then there is a website that charges in American dollars but ships from Vietnam. I'm not sure if they are connected or two separate stores but I ordered from the one that ships from Vietnam (didn't realize there was two different websites until after I ordered) and it was just a terrible experience. They sent the wrong size of shoe, then wanted me to pay another $50 for them to ship a new one. Their other alternative was to pay to ship the old shoes back (lots of money). All because they sent the wrong size, the shoe I was sent clearly had a tag with the wrong size from what was in my order receipt. Eventually I filed a chargeback and they sent me several threatening emails about illegal debt and taking me to court, then finally a sarcastic "hope your card doesn't get frozen". So unprofessional and waste of money because you pay for shoes and they send you the wrong size that you can't even wear. Like I mentioned before though, I don't know if this is the same company as the one with physical stores in nyc, la, and Miami or if they are entirely separate.

This is all a huge scam! I ordered a pair of Jordan 1's for $200. I was later sent an email saying I owed an extra $100 to pay for all of the shipping and border fees, the email was also conveniently sent after the cancellation date! Don't buy here!

Like several others have indicated, I also ordered sneakers that were never received due to incompetence on the part of flight club, and they continue to delay issuing my refund even though they've acknowledged the issue. Their customer service is pathetic. Wish I could give zero stars. Filed a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully they realize this company is a scam and shut it down.

Ordered a pair of Nike dunks gs multicolor shoes and the left shoe was in horrible condition. After reaching out to the support team about the issue and sending them multiple pictures via email, I was only offered a $10 credit. The right thing to do would have been to give me a refund. Customer service is horrible. Do not order from Flight Club. I will not wear these dry rotted shoes.

Took forever to get shoes because there selling shoes they don't have in store. Saying they have a company in Japan n Tokyo so I had to wait for shies to come from there. So order took forever to get to me.
