Ordering process is a complete scam… male employees suffer from small scrotums and I feel create an uncomfortable work environment for all the other great people that work for flight club…

Do your best not to order anything from flight club, they will lie about shipping times to fulfill their own agenda. BEWARE!

Every female employee I have dealt with, who is employed at Flight Club, has been helpful and valued customer service…. Thanks!

Ordered a pair of Size 12 Air Jordan 4s on October 19th. Upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed there was two different sizes listed on the email and in the order status tab within the account. I immediately reached out to customer service to report the issue.

I finally received a response from Lizz on October 21st. Two days had essentially passed before a response. She informed me that the size 12 order was a "pre-school" size, which was not listed on the site. She also told me that the shoe would take three more business days to ship from their location. I responded by asking for a refund since they still had the shoe in their possession.

She responded by saying the shoe was shipping already and a refund will not be possible, all sales are final, and if I wanted to recoup my money I would have to sell on their website, contradicting her previous email. I then asked for the FC policy on refunds and was greeted with a "leave a review" email instead of an actual response.

Do yourself a favor and heed the previous reviews of other unsatisfied customers and just stay away from Flight Club.

My daughter ordered a nice pair of Nike shoes before school. After tax and all it was around $175. You can basically buy 2 pair is shoes for that price but that's what she wanted. We ordered them at the end of June? No number to call or email cause the ones tge do have listed are a joke and fake. I want this solved and I want my shoes or my lawyer will start researching himself. I mean it's not right to take a child's money that she saved up for only for to never receive them so she's not had a new pair of shoes for this school year… sincerely a furious mom!

If i could give no stars I would. Sent me a paid of Blazer 77 with stitching misaligned and the sole was discolored and the foam inside the sneaker was falling apart. As you can see the reviews from other buyers speak for themselves so I'm not some disgruntled person. They stuff is crap. If you honestly think there's nothing wrong with they're service and product. Then you have no idea what quality really is.
Also, If you need to send back and item. They will take 17% restocking fee of your total spent. $34 dollars in my case. Lesson learned and never again.

Worst company ever. Horrible customer service. High prices for fake shoes. I went to get the authenticity of a pair of shoes I bought from here and was told they were replicas/fake. I called customer service and they did not help at all.

If your looking to buy fake shoes this is the site they have the off white Brooklyn for 1500 but I doubt they're real I ordered shoes read the reviews canceled the order was refunded just to still be charged after the fact pay attention to the pic I upload I bought one pair from goat the other from flight club pay attention the detail of you want real shoes go to GOAT

I purchased Jordan 1s for my son for his Birthday. The shoes arrived and when initially looked at them, they looked and felt FAKE! He tried them on, and they were literally 2 sizes too big. We contacted customer support, and they would not return or exchange. Upon further inspection of the shoe, the letter J was missing from the back of both shoes. They told me to sell them back to them and this was the only way they could help me. I paid $250.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS! SCAM! FAKE! SHOES!

I've ordered at-least 10 pairs of shoes from flight club and never had a problem recently I ordered a pair of Yeezy foam runners and they sent two right shoes and two different sizes! I thought they had a verification process how could they miss this? I'm currently waiting on a response from customer service to see what they can do I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from them anymore

Customer service sucks and shipping. My order has been saying preparing for over a week. To to contact my bank! 1 star is to much

I copped 2 pairs of Jordan 1's. One pair of highs (smoke greys) and one pair of lows (true blue). Why does flight club get so much unnecessary hate? The shoes are brand new and flawless. I would definitely recommend you buy from them.

I bought the Jordan Cool Greys and never received the product and Affirm the company I went through Are charging me for the shoes. This company has bad business practices and they don't have a direct line to call to complain to. I don't recommend anyone to do business with them.

I order my shoes at the end July come the end of August i was told that my shoes was lost and could not be found. Needed shoes for my sons 1st day of school and they never came

I orders brand new Jordan's two days later flight club ships my shoes weird I thought cause it usually take a week due to the verification period but I thought back to school they must be on it a few days later I received my sons Jordan's size 10 men that were actually used Jordan. I reach out to flight club to advise of the mistake. They take about a week to respond with I ordered used shoes. First of all my kids are boggie and would not be happy if I ordered used shoes. I ask for a refund exchange or some type of credit. They advise I can try to sign up for they shoe program where you could possibly sell the shoes by joining the used shoes program. I said naw I want a refund exchange or credit I also requested proof of a used shoe order they couldn't even do that at this point I'm about to get a lawyer cause they clearly ripping people off

Buy a gray jordan 11Grey they are fake replicas they come from hong kong china and pay $235.00 Size 4y this is a robbery since there is no return or exchange but I will go to court if I have to go for thieves do not buy anything in Flight Club because they will lose their money I have to report this as fraud with my bank and the court

I ordered a pair of shoes and it had been over a month and still hadn't received the shoes and they emailed us saying that they don't have and address and can't send us the shoes so I DO NOT reccomend flight club at all they will take your money and you won't receive the shoes most the time and they didn't give us our money back they took it and the shoes!
