I ordered some retro # 4 Jordan's for my godson who Is 9 years old on December 21,2022 and paid for 2 day shipping which was $30. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift, however I still have not received my package to this date January 03,2023. I emailed customer service 3 times and demanded a refund for my shipping fee. I was told that they don't do returns on shipping fee's but will give me a lifetime credit with them. I do not want a credit from them because I will not ever order from them again. So please people, stay away from them and there site...

We ordered a pair of Jordans 3 weeks before Christmas to ensure they would be here in time. It is now December 30th and we still haven't received them. Their customer service is a complete joke. It takes them days to respond, and when they do they don't give you a direct answer. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I should've stuck with GOAT. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Flight club sent me fake cherry 11s on December 21st. I have emailed them several times and filed a claim only to have the claim changing hands from one support person to the next with nothing be resolved. I have asked 4 times for a return label to send bogus shoes back with no success. I have notified my back and they have refunded my money for the time being. Whatever you do don't by from flight club. Ended up buying the real ones from ebay where purchasing is guaranteed.

I placed an order on 11/26, they wanted to send me a pair of sneakers that were worn and scuffed, offered me $18 off of a $397.00 purchase, today is 12/22, still no sneakers BUT they took my money.

These shoes are not authentic! Lettering is off on stiching. There were spots on the shoes. The customer service (which is only through email) is HORRIBLE. They take forever to respond. Whenever they did respond they kept asking for pictures of different tags each time. It's like they're trying to hold you off of fixing the issue as long as possible. They tell you they don't accept returns! DONT RISK YOUR MONEY ON NON AUTHENTIC PRODUCT and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I paid $150.00 for a FAKE pair of shoes, soooo unsatisfied. Box was totally destroyed, seams didn't line up to the real shoe i already own. Completely different leather and all around a crappy shoe.
After reading these AWFUL reviews I sent an email to cancel the order. I received a reply that it was too late. Now I'm preparing myself for some BS. When the shoes arrive 4 days after I placed the order I skepticallly opened the box. To my surprised the shoes I ordered were inside. They are beautiful and I'm extremely happy. I'm sorry other people had bad experiences but they hit the mark with my order.

I guess I'm one of the few people who had a good experience. I ordered a pair of Nike Quest 4 for my mom, it took a while for them to be authenticated (like 3 days) but after I got a notification saying they were shipped they were here in like 2 days, so I had a good experience that doesn't mean you'll have the same experience but overall I give them 5 stars. Hopefully they've gotten better management and authenticators.
I bought a pair of Nikes I really loved. After 10 days I had not received them so I reached out to see what was going on with my order. I was told that the original pair sent to them was damaged and so they were trying to source another pair. Firstly, I was annoyed I wasn't told this and secondly I was then offered a refund to cancel my order as it was taking so long. I was traveling overseas they next week for a month so did not have time to wait for them so I wrote back STRAIGHT away to cancel them and refund me. No response. I emailed again. No response. I emailed again and a week later they emailed saying they had received another pair and had shipped them out. I emailed stating that I had already accepted to cancel the order and I will not be at my apartment to receive the delivery as previously stated I was going to be overseas. They didn't care. Parcel was delivered to my front door 6 days after I arrived to Australia. I live in an apartment and the USPS driver just left it at my door. I asked a neighbour if they could grab it but it wasn't there. Obviously stolen. Now flight club REFUSE to refund me because the parcel was "delivered". Even after I had asked to cancel the order because they offered and even after I showed proof I was overseas. Worst company. Do not trust them.
I am so upset with this purchase off of this site. I would never buy from them again. On the site, it was advertised stating that the show only came new. Of course, this is/was the only reason I bought the damn shoes. However clearly when I received the shoes and the right shoe to be precise, looked worn, bent up at the toe, and scruffy. Looks totally different than the left. The messed-up part of it all is that I'm stuck with this Bammer bullshXt... One STAR rating for this violation. Three Thumbs DOWN! SO upset that they would actually send me a shoe that has been worn. Deceiving a customer is not a good business practice. I will never buy from here again nor do I recommend anyone else to buy from here or from any company that doesn't offer a return policy. BOOOOOO! They probably did this purposely and more likely that they do this often. What a scam! Consumers beware!
We ordered some shoes in size 12 and they came in children's sizes and they refuse to do a refund do not buy from them because they cannot be gotten hold of and they are not a good company to work with. 10 thumbs down...Don't buy from them they are THIEVES...
If you're stupid enough to order from these people then you get what you deserve. I'm not even a customer but someone on this wacky $#*! website stole my PayPal and ordered sneakers. Not even a name on the order. Just an address. It had partial of my address so that they can get away with it on PayPal and then the rest of the address was where it's going to be delivered. I disputed it and hopefully this person will not get the shoes. But they do it at 2:00 a.m. in the morning when everyone is asleep and ship it overnight so they can get it. Shame on the site for allowing that. Shame on this site for allowing someone to buy without a name they need to be reported to the better business bureau
I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son for $350 last Christmas for my son. The authenticity of the sneakers are questionable because I ordered a half size larger and they were still too small. I requested a refund or exchange and I was encouraged to sell them back using their platform. I did and the sneakers could not be sold. I was told that being that the sneakers were on their site for months a no one purchased them I had to pay a fee for them to continue to hold them or pay for them to ship them back. I paid for shipping and to date I have not received the sneakers. I've waited for months for them to send them back and I requested a refund several times. It's been almost a year since the day I purchased the sneakers from their platform and all I've received is excuses and no compensation. I will never use them again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
