My 12-year-old son purchased a pair of shoes from Flight Club company. They sent him the wrong size from what he ordered. His mother helped him to go through an elaborate process to return the shoes. However, Flight Club returned the shoes to us again, stating that we returned the shoes in a used condition. My son is a 12-year-old boy and they sent him a pair of shoes to fit a toddler. He certainly hasn't worn the shoe. We returned the same used shoes they sent to us back to them. So apparently, they sent us used shoes in the wrong size. And refused to take it back.

We ordered some shoes for my daughter at the tune of 250 bucks received an empty box. Now having stole our money and blaming the shipping company for their stupidity we are the ones that got screwed. This place is an absolute joke. Be very cautious using these thieves and don't waste your time or money here.

We purchased online from Flight Club Germany site but the shoes came from Malaysia so we need to pay an additional €50 tax. After worn 3x for indoor 1 hour basketball practice the padding of one shoe spontaneously "ripped off". I complained and they told me it is part of wear and tear. For 3x? Wear and tear? And they also claimed that it has something to do on how the shoes are worn. How can an ordinary shoes be worn? Upside down? Every normal individual knows how to wear rubber shoes. I even compared that shoes from the shoes that we purchased from NIKE ONLINE which were bought months ago and been worn several times outdoor but have not been damaged like the shoes we purchased from Flight Club. We have the feeling that we were scammed by giving us an old stock or Class A fake shoes. Well, life is a karma.

My shoes came in yesterday that I ordered brand new and I noticed creases in one of them, don't think I'll be buying from them anytime soon especially shoes that costed me almost $500. Be carful with flight club, they don't even accept returns, pretty careless imo.

I will never buy from this company again. They sent me some defect jordan's that wasn't stitched right. Glue was all over the shoe. The air Jordan on the head was missing/wasn't stitched correctly plus shoes was dirty looking. They don't wanna give you a refund cause of their mess up. I sent the shoe in for a refund and never gotten my full refund. If you're reading this please don't shop with them it's not worth losing your money. So now I'm out of money with no shoes that Jordan is missing a head on the picture below…. The whole shoe was a joke giving Jordan A bad name.SCAM!

Shoes were suppose to be delivered from Canada as indicated in the shipping information. Ends out it came from South Korea. We had to pay an extra 44.98 CAD for customs fees.
Still, shoe arrived in perfect condition and fast. Looks authentic.

Received what I ordered.No issues with my shipment, though the delivery was a bit longer than expected. Overall it was good service.

Ordered a pair of Jordan's steels and soon as I put them on an took couple of steps the whole sole in the front came off smh almost $500.00 spent and their refund policy is non existent I will never order from here and I will make sure everyone I know will never order from them either

I bought a pair of size 11 men shoes and almost 3 weeks later receive shoes for a toddler. I was told that PS means "Pre School"

1. Who uses a PS acronym for shoe sizes!?
2. What adult would buy their toddler a pair of shoes for $160!?

When I reached out for a refund I was told all sales are final. So now I have $160 toddler tennis shoes.

Don't buy from them they are fake. They came broke. I'm so mad I pay for this shoes 279$. Such a waist of money

I bought a pair of panda dunks from flight club. Got my daughter a pair from Nike. They look DIFFERENT. Flight club most definitely be selling FAKE SHOES

They are selling fake $#*! then have the nerve to steal my money I will be suing y'all for everything y'all are prices of $#*! don't shop here at all you will regret it later

Don't order anything online through UPS or FedEx. FlightClub does not use discrete packaging, and the workers there at UPS and FedEx will steal your package. No matter what it is your purchasing from flight club they will steal it. I'd suggest going to flight club in person and making a purchase. They're the workers at UPS and FedEx are untrustworthy and will steal your package and deliver you an empty box. I've had this done to me three times.

I was very sceptical at first after reading all the reviews, but I have bought 3 pairs of Jordans from them and they are all authentic and came new. If they can not find you a new pair, they will send you what is wrong with the shoe and if you do not approve, they offer a refund. Shipping does take awhile, but I will be buying more shoes from them in the future.

They claim to have a team who verified authenticity. The even tag the shoe with their logo for proof of authenticity. Well I got fake Jordan 1s and the proof is in the picture

I don't usually buy from resellers but I really wanted the reimagineds and didn't hit on release date. I've read and heard mixed reviews about flight club but like I said a wanted these shoes so I went out on a limb and made my order. From the order to the processing to the shipping to the delivery flight club kept me informed and I had no problems at all. I got my shoes in about 2 weeks from order date. The box had some damage but nothing serious. I QC'd the shoe and was completely satisfied. All and all this purchase with flight club was a great one and I would definitely consider using them again if need be. I just hate having to pay so much more than retail but hey that's part of the game! Flight club keep doing business like this and people will keep coming back

DON'T SLEEP ON THE FLIGHT CLUB! Their amazing! I am so shocked and confused as to how completely different my first purchase with Flight Club went verses ALL THESE bad reviews! I literally found a pair of Jordan 1's I've been wanting in my size with them and couldn't find anywhere else. Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to bite the bullet & glad I did. They arrived seriously a few days after I ordered them, in their Jordan box inside of a box. Both boxes were in perfect condition as well as the shoes. And they are AUTHENTIC! That was my biggest fear, I cared nothing about how everyone was saying the shipping was long. But boy were they wrong about that! Also the shoes were decently priced. I feel like I paid your average cost for them even when I expected to be charged so much more for these since you can't find these any where else in my size which is a 5 youth. So for now on my kids and I will always buy our shoes from them! Plus they have all the unique designs you can't find anymore.

I ordered some shoes on 11-29-2022 and still haven't received them. I put in my order number and says order not found.

They Blocked my account for no reason.
Made the account a day before they blocked it.
What if I had spend €300,- for a pair of shoes!?
Costumer service "Tracy" is also useless...

Just never buy here people! That TrustPilot reviews can't be correct... Shady $#*! business!
