Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Paid £622 for a ticket from greece to islamabad and got told id get a refund back excluding taxes of £30-£50 and received £32.50. Bad reviews for this fraud company. Poor service, unprofessional money grabbing bastards. Team leaders are unprofessional and unpleasant. Fraud company who gave incorrect information on 3 occasions, when asked to listen into calls they refused. Definitely taking legal action.

Proper scam company. DO NOT USE. They will say anything about your booking is wrong and then charge you £200 - 300 to "correct" the information on your booking. And getting a refund takes 3-4 weeks minimum.
Automatically set the baggage to 0 and they asked for another 115 - 185 pounds to add the baggage
It's a planned scheme they call almost immediately afterwards and there is no fully refund cancellation option as well.

I booked a trip for my family to Egypt, and before leaving, I called them to confirm the reservation. I was surprised that they wanted 60 pounds sterling to amend the data, knowing that I booked the tickets 6 months before and paid in order to be able to travel, and after that, due to personal circumstances, I lost the return trip and contacted them. I was surprised that they wanted me to pay for new tickets, but I I went to the airline branch, paid a small fine, and was able to return to London without dealing with them. The worst dealings and the worst mediator.

I am Sreenath, I am not even happy to give one star for flight catchers. Me and my family had a worst experience with flight catchers while travelling from London to India. They have not informed me that the connection flight was cancelled. We were stuck in Delhi airport for a day. We have to book another flight to reach the destination. When I tried to contact the team they not even apologised for their negligence. I lost my time and money. Will never book tickets with them again.

Be careful with this agency they are phishing customers, I have booked with them flight tickets and he told me that I will receive my electronic tickets in 24 hours and I still didn't receive it they want to me pay extra money so they can send the flight that I booked for. Be carful read the reviews before booking with them. They are nice to you till they pay and after that they will not answer the phones.

DO NOT listen to the positive reviews, they are most likely written by the team themselves. Paid £285 for allocated seating and this was not provided. Did not inform us of a service change, charged us £63 pound to change the date to the day before EVEN THOUGH THE AIRLINE SAID THIS WOULD BE FREE.
Worst travel experience I've ever had. 1 star is 2 stars too many. Firstly, after booking the flight online I was called shortly after by one of their sales team who mis-sold me baggage that I didn't need. I claimed this money back after a 2 month dispute through my bank as their customer service that followed was utterly useless. Then, to get the last laugh it seems, whilst I was on my holiday they cancelled my return flight with a hideously vague email (picture attached), reimbursing it to themselves. It took a 2 hour phone call to the airline whilst being 3000 miles from home to find this out. Luckily I was with a family member that could afford the $633 it cost to get me home on the same flight. I called them once I'd arrived back home to the same dismissive unhelpful reception I had received previously. They knew who I was and what they had done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you've managed to have a decent experience with this bunch of criminals then you are one of the very very lucky ones. BBC Watchdog next maybe?!

Avoid using Flightcatchers AKA Polani Travel Ltd You don't know what you are getting yourselves into. You are warned! They will cancel your flights without notification, rob you of your money, ruin your holidays. I still don't understand how these people exist in the travel industry, allowed to open a shop and run a business like this. They literally preying on average folks who look for Cheap flights after saving some monies all year to offer their families a good time. Plus, this company is not approved by any of the following travel organizations: ABTA, CAA, TNG, CEDR, ADR etc. So you cannot even hold them accountable. Even Resolver won't have them on their database. I hope you see the whole picture.

I have been booking with them since 10 years now but had the worst experience ever rip off they eat your money instead of refund i had to call 100 times to ask for my refund and wanted to forward the dates in an emergency but not helpful at all they have eaten my hard earn money 650£ its a fraud usually they should charge some percentage for cancellation but they charged me the whole ticket and only refund me one ticket never ever book your tickets with them very very bad experience.

Do not be taken in by a large proportion of positive reviews. They are fake. The majority are Asian names but even the reviews with British names write like they are Asian. This is true for every review site they are on. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After booking our flights with them I was approached on approximately 25.07.23 by a rep from Flightcatchers to see if I wanted to book seats that were together on our Air India flight to Goa via Mumbai, returning to Heathrow via Delhi; I (foolishly) said yes. They quoted me one price (around about £140) and then asked me for more money when I booked them because "the prices had gone up". This turned out to be a complete lie. They eventually charged me around £155 (for seats that were free) and took about 5 minutes to arrange. When I checked the seating positions they had actually put us in (free) seats next to the toilet on a night flight! I made them change this. I ended up paying a further £12 for seats at the front of the plane for our flight in to Dabolim (something i did myself). To add insult to injury if I had looked in to it a bit more I could have done this directly with Air India myself with the reservation code for free and the £155 they conned me out of could have been spent on buying actual seats in much better positions. Their communication was good throughout but cancelled out by their con tricks. Please use these people with caution and also wait and see how many 'positive' reviews follow this one. Every negative review is followed by half a dozen positive ones; probably not a coincidence. I didn't make too much fuss at the time because (after reading other reviews) I didn't want to give them the opportunity to stitch me up on my booking

UPDATE 15.05.24: After their comment yesterday i.e.'make things right for you', they phoned me and offered me... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Do not let yourself be taken in by these people or the exteremely dodgy positive reviews. It's all just hot air from these awful people to try and make themselves look good on this review. If you don't mind being ripped off then knock yourselves out otherwise stay well clear

I'd like to start this review by stating how disgusted i am with your service, from a £778 ticket i received a total of £35 back.
When speaking on the phone your staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and less helpful than a rubber nail.
I am 100% convinced that your company is a "cowboy agency" absolutely terrible customer service, you rely on people having to change plans in order to make a profit which is absolutely disgusting.
I hope your company goes bust, i have read your reviews online and its not just me you are doing it too, you are liars, scammers and cheats (this is my honest opinion), but your company will go down the toilet, no matter how many fake 5 star reviews you leave yourself.
Everyone at your company should be extremely ashamed and embarrassed, it's saddening how you treat your "valued customers" you're completely laughable.

I fully admit that some of the points on my original review might have been a misunderstanding on my part, therefore i have removed it, however when a individual rang me from paloni/ flight catchers instead of fully explaining the situation and speaking to me in a respectful manner, he called me a liar, and threatened to sue me, when I didn't understand a policy, he tried to belittle me by saying " you clearly don't fly alot"
I would also like to mention I originally tried to cancel my flight due to work commitments, and they didn't try anything at all to help, the money i would have had to pay wasn't worth my time. I have been through other companies before and they have simply added an admin fee if i had to change dates or cancel, this company did not do that, very rude.

Answer: There are many companies that are less expensive than flight catchers with only a £4 or £5 difference. However, with my experience with Flight catchers, I am sure I will get better service. This is why I will always use them even if they charge me more. It is a matter of assurance and trust.
