I have to say that flex jobs really does all of the searching for you. It's very easy to use and takes the guess work out of job searches.

The biggest difficulty I've had with the site is narrowing down searches. Sometimes I indicate full time, and a job pops in the feed that is part time, or I indicate remote, and a job in the search results indicates it's not or you must be in a specific state or time zone.
I wish we can apply off the flexjobs website rather than the company's website.

The site have a large listing of jobs which is great, but it's not for people who do not have high school diploma or a GED.
There are a ton of great professional jobs that offer flexibility for people which is needed now more than ever. I will definitely use the site again when looking for a new or additional jobs.
