Ordered on May 18 with expected delivery of May 21. Well it is now June 5 and my package is not here. Contacted customer service and they said it shipped via usps and I have to track it there. Well the tracking page says it is still expected on May 21. They told me I had to contact usps to open a claim but they wouldn't let me open a claim. So I asked Fixez for a refund and they said I could get a refund only when I received the parts and sent them back!? That's insane it's been over 10 days. It was shipping from Nevada to MD via first class mail I don't think it's showing up. I want a refund. I shouldn't be the one dealing with usps they should
The worse customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered three things from them so i could repair my white iPad. They sent the a black screen, an ill fitting white bezel and the wrong adhesives. ALL three items received were wrong! How can a company be so incompetent! The purchase order in the package was correct but did they even reference it before they shipped the products? No they did not. I emailed them, and they wouldn't do anything to remedy the situation unless i sent them a picture of the wrong items. Did they fix the mistake then? No i had to wait untill the return shipment was on its was before they would even begin to process my correct order. After waiting for two week i decided it was better to get a return than to deal with fixez even again. Don't make the same mistake as me. Its better to pay a bit more to a company that is competent and can get an order correct the first time than it is to deal with fixez.
This company should be avoided at all costs. Nearly all negative reviews I've seen are about the product quality and return process. I have gad the same issues. I purchased a screen from them but did not need it after a customer cancelled the repair. I then used the screen on a subsequent repair outside of their 30 day warranty period (which is ridiculous). When I installed the screen the LCD was black. Upon contact with them, they advised that they would not stand behind the product and would not provide a replacement. I wasn't asking for a refund, only a replacement of a screen that I originally paid $128 and was now selling for $45. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Most positive feedback is from those located close to them so I'm convinced either they are employees or friends of the business. They are also NOT accredited with the BBB.

We are a cell phone repair shop and we started ordering parts from these guys. From what we could tell the parts were quality and priced competitive. The problem with these guys is when you get a bad part or have to return they come up with excuses of why they won't credit or refund you. They also fail to respond to emails and chats online almost ignoring you. We had a Google Pixl 3A XL that we did a repair on and after 5 days the customer came back and said it had a line or bad pixel's in the display. No scratches or cracks or any sign of abuse. We then took it off as best we could and sent back as an RMA to FIXEZ. We were denied and said it was damaged and it was not. Filed a claim with the BBB even told them this was going to happen. No response. Won't order here anymore.
Screen went in fine, no issues.The screen came with an adhesive pad, i only wish it had come with strips for better placement. Can't wait to fix my next phone.
Vividx screens are good quality. But stay away from refurbished screens. They try to dump them on you if defective.
My rating is more for the fact the product did not come with in any instructions or adhesive.
Other than that its quality is great and works perfectly.
Finally received order and took the LCD screen to repair shop to find out it's faulty. Obviously can't return it once it's been installed, the site claims they are tested before sold
My phone screen is all fixed it's like having a brand new phone I'm so happy. It was a little difficult at first but with the help of a few YouTube videos I got it done.
I was impressed how fast they shipped my order, especially since their prices were so good! I'm definitely going to order from them next time I need to repair one of my phones or tablets.
Bad products, worse service
I ordered a replacement screen for my HTC M9 from Fixez because they are supposedly based in the US and i wouldn't have to wait three weeks to get it. The screen and toolkit arrived within the week but there were no instructions. The site sent me to a youtube channel but I found the video lacking and surfed for better tutorials. After 3 hours i had finally installed the screen only to find out that they had sent me a bad part- the LCD connection was faulty. I have tired to contact them several times and they do not respond and I'm out $40. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to waste your time and brick your phone.

After calling them and verified with them before ordering the battery for my Ipod Classic would fit they still sent me the wrong battery wouldn't even fit and was defective totally different in looks and now they want me to be responsible for the return shipping before they will replace and they wont give me a full refund of the part and postage that I already paid for a part thats worthless to me or anyone else and They ripped me off Big Time
It had tracking and the package still got here a day earlier, it was in perfect condition, and I was able to fix the phone within 15 minutes of receiving. 10 out of 10 will buy again

Received a used pixel 3a screen when the site said NEW. Wanted my phone to work so I proceeded anyway. Part is DOA. Yes, the connector was aligned properly. I checked it at least 10 times.
I purchased a replacement screen for my Pixel 3a XL along with the recommended tools to remove the old one and tape in the new screen. I completed the process easily and the screen appeared to work properly until I noticed when I pressed on the lower portion of the screen lines appeared through the length of the screen. I requested a return as they offer a warranty on defective products and they accepted it with the explanation I gave. After sending the screen in they sent an email saying their manager declined the return and sent me a picture of the exact problem I described. I have emailed them and called them with only one response saying the manager's decision is final.
Horrible customer service and they won't give me a real explanation other than the product is defective/damaged for the exact reason I sent it in.
So update. They replaced the screen and made things right. I got in contact with a customer service rep named "Michael" he did good and took care of things. He still tried to talk me into the damage being my fault but ultimately they made things right.
Answer: My experience is they are a scam. Messed up shipment them kept shipping fee on refund.
