Fix and Flip Loans

I was pre-approved for this loan with 90% approval odds. I knew when applying that pre-approved did not necessarily mean a guarantee, but the 90% made me finally take the offer and apply after researching loans for months. Well, I was immediately turned down. It has been a year with Fix and Flip Loans. I made sure to work on my credit for a year to be able to get better offers, but I guess that didn't show with this lending company. For example, in May 2020 my score was 595 and by July 2020 it was 680. It has dropped a little because my credit card balances grew, but that was the whole reason I applied. Super let down. Application was easy. Only downside was the origination fee(whatever that means). But it was reasonable compared to other lenders who also have the same fee at a much higher rate. I received my funds the next day. I signed up for autopay and have not had my first payment due yet so cant speak on the payment process or if there are any issues with late fees or et cetera but so far so good. I still can not believe how easy this was. Yes, I have a good credit score. I still had CC debt, I desperately wanted to pay off. NOW, my monthly payout leaves me with money each month, paying back this loan, helped. I am throughly happy. I made sure I could pay off early without penalty. It took a few days for them to pay off my creditors. I let them to do, or you can on your own. Its easy and painless.

They stole my money by saying I needed to pay a up front fee. Once I paid that, Leah Santiago stopped communicating, calling, answering, I finally called main line to talk to "sales" as I figured that's the only thing they answered and I was right I finally got the scam artist, Leah. She and I exchanged some words and she refused to say she didn't want to work with my business because she knew she would have to refund but now I am blocked and I cannot get anyone to answer. She's a scam artist DO NOT USE THEM trust me I have messages to prove she's fake and will steal from you.

This is the second time I take a loan with this company and you guys have been nothing short of amazing. And let's be realistic here, I'm not saying it is the cheapest, nor the lowest interest, you are paying high interest but it is still better to pay off debt and still have the least amount of impact on your credit. If you do right by Fix and Flip loan they for sure will do right by you. Thank you!

This opportunity cut my monthly credit card payments by more than half, and turned into one lower payment. Interest rates are amazing, compared to my other card services. It will also increase your credit rating. Got to try this as soon as possible if you want help consolidating your credit card debt don't pass this opportunity up.

With the instability of the economy during the pandemic we started relying on our credit cards.
