As a director involved in hiring many such resources and often working with services such as Robert Half, I'm absolutely fascinated that these are the tactics used for the paid services these folks provide. Seriously? This is the level of screening? At least I can scratch one vendor from the list now...
I found it very useful to take with me their salary guide which you can download for free to job interviews when negotiating for a salary. one company almost immediately said they would offer more based upon it.
