This was the only grill parts sight that had the part for my 9 year old Charbroil grill. Delivery was prompt. The part fit perfectly.
The part fixed my problem and the day the part arrived I had a repair man at my home doing another job and he put the part on my drain pipe for me!
I was able to find the replacement part with little effort due to the great website. The replacement arrived un damaged.
My only review is that parts ordered were never received although they state it was shipped 3 weeks ago.
