Total garbage. Files were late. Working files not supplied. Do not use Fiverr.com if you value your end client. If it smells like crap, it usually is crap.
Fiverr is a scam don't every buy anything. Ordered traffic and got spam! Paid for nothing the seller is not responding and Fiverr is not trying to help.
I tried it because it was cheaper and got ripped off. Contacted customer support but of course they don't take our side because they get a percentage of every sale. Please don't get ripped off.
I don't understand all the negative reviews, it was my first time using them and had a great time, was a little confusing at first but I figured it out.
Horrible site. I lost 20 bucks and a bunch of time trying to get them to work. Complete ripoff. I would give it a negative 5 if I could. Buyer beware.

I have been trying to get a gig finished for three weeks. The first seller that I contacted didn't take any action on the gig until 30 minutes before the due date and then wanted me to resubmit all of the requirements to him again. I cancelled that order and returned to someone who I purchased a gig off of a year ago which cost me 4 times as much. Then even though I had $10 in credit on my account, your site pulled the full amount out of my PayPal.
After I returned to a previous seller that I used a year ago, I provided all of the requirements and heard nothing back until the day of the deadline where I received an email claiming connectivity issues and that he would need an extra 24-48 hours on my gig. I agreed to provide him the extra time and the due date came and went again without any product being given.
When I contact him this morning, I get a. Png file instead of the different versions that the gig promises and no source files. To make it worse, the image doesn't fit on the size page that I informed him multiple times that I was looking for.
So bottom line is that I was scammed out of my $40 plus your commission. To say that I will never use your service again is an understatement. I am cancelling my account as soon as this email is sent. I will make it my mission to flame you on any customer service site that I come across.
Site doesn't work. Can't set up an account. Can't get to a contact page. And customer service sends you a link to submit a ticket. Guess what, that page doesn't work either!
Fiverr closed my account anyway. I have hundreds of dollars and the have suspended my account. The peoples at fiverr contact me with a comic picture and fake names.
I don't think there is any seller, I spend time looking for same thing from different seller and they almost the same. Looks like same person and different name? I wonder?
Buyers who are dissatisfied with a seller can't get out of the contract unless the seller says so. It may not be working out between the seller and buyer, but the buyer may get stuck.
I created a fiverr account and I purchased a service and I waited for the service to be received to close my account.
I do not know why
My money was stolen
Do not waste your time
I uploaded a sketch I made myself for a business logo and asked for a digital revision from a graphic artist because I couldn't work Photoshop to save my life, turns out that compared to the product I got back I could have saved $50 and endured a near-death experience with PS. The original sketch lines were visible, there was hardly any uniformity to the lines, and none of the simple modifications I asked for were completed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I reviewed lots of portfolios and settled on one where every logo looked really sharp and unique. I paid for just the $5 logo thinking if I was happy I would use this designer again.
Well, I was given a 10 day wait and the order went 11 days. On the 12th day I got the logo along with an additional HD file for having to wait the extra day but it was useless.
My site is about budget family travel. I gave a very detailed explanation of what I needed and my site url for reference. I assumed the designer would visit the site and get a feel for what it needed.
Instead, I got a logo in a very patriotic color scheme that looked very much like it was supposed to resemble a mother giving birth. Basically a large "C" shape, open side down, with a circle on top (moms head). Then another of the same shape, only smaller, flipped around and placed inside the "arms" of the mom. Everyone I asked to look at it said it made them think of a woman giving birth to a baby head first.
My tag line also includes the letter "g" in it but the bottom of the G was cut off. So it looked like a really glaring mistake, or a rush job.
Supposedly, I get a revision so I wrote back and explained why I can't use this logo. That was three days ago and I've yet to get a reply. Glad it was only $5 I lost.
UPDATE: It is now 6 months later. I never received a reply to my request for the revision that I was told I could have. I never received any reply at all.
It's a hell, and sellers doesn't replies after ordering unbelievable.
Hoping to go for thatifthis which seems to fkn rock the fkn way out and doesn't needs my money damn!
Elementary level mistakes on my business plan doc. Plus some sections plagiarized. Missed two deadlines. The person had 4.9 stars, but there is now way those ratings can be real.
Customer support is non existent so heaven forbid you get in to an order dispute. Invest your money somewhere else that actually provides a legitimate service
Hi,
I got cheated by a Seller called Munez_Studio who claimed to be 'Experienced' and of 'High Quality'. The seller literally cut and pasted logos and used 'Arial' fonts for my Decal Sticker project. There are no skills and when being questioned on what design software he used - couldnt answer. Next, he sent me a pdf filled with high quality image (which I found out was plagued from other design agencies) and claimed that those works are his.
Next, Fiverr refused to speak further about the issues on Fake Sellers and closed the case promptly as 'Resolved' without answering any of my complaints.
EVERYONE, STAY AWAY FROM FIVERR. It is fraudulent.
#FO81B2EEE4282 The company is dishonest in many business practices. They do not post negative reviews and then allow sellers to make false claims.
My experience was in an order for a graphic design. There were many claims by the seller (Sony_GFX) about large companies who were their customers, like Amazon, AIRBnB, Shopify and they had 5 star reviews. Even their username suggests an association with the Sony corporation. What I received looked like it was thrown together with clipart and in my opinion was not the quality of the examples given. I was appalled and wrote an honest review. But the review isn't on the sellers page. There is no way to communicate with them to try and get a refund even though I never downloaded the product they delivered. They give only 3 days to communicate the project to an end and that isn't enough time in most all cases. In this case, the seller asked for changes to the design, but they didn't deliver anything that I felt would ever be acceptable from the quality of what was originally delivered. It was a bad experience and I got nothing for the money.
This is Fiverr in a nutshell. There is NO GUARANTEE of satisfaction. Sellers MISLEAD with false advertising. As long as they deliver something, there is no recourse to complain after 3 short days. Once that is complete, it's FU.
How does this work or make any sense...
You order a gig for $10 You get charged $10.50 Yes the 50c is an admin charge...
You do not get your Gig...
You do NOT get your money back... You get a CREDIT of $10 FIVERR keep the 50c
And then to rub salt into wound YOU CANNOT LEAVE FEEDBACK ON THE IDIOT THAT DIDN'T DO THE GIG THAT YOU PAID FOR...
So they can carry on doing this over and over again just picking out the cream jobs and trashing the rest and never get a bad review...
Just feel for the honest Sellers on Fiverr...
I was a seller on fiverr and was enjoying the ride with a just completed job that was worth a huge amount of money that i just delivered and waiting for the approval. Fiverr just disabled my account, seized my cleared funds for 90 days and cancelled an order i spent 2 months working on and just completed, now i would never get paid and they claimed that i was spamming and redirecting traffic because i ordered a gig from someone on fiverr to improve engagement on my amazon store. Sent message to support they didn't reply. I feel like i have been robbed of all my earnings because i decided to buy a gig on fiverr. I WOULD NEVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN.
Answer: I used Fiverr for my company logo. The guy lives in Vietnam and speak minimal English. I paid for an upgraded package with an unlimited amount of revisions, 3 original logos, stationary and Facebook as well as Twitter page covers. What does unlimited mean if a revision takes 24 hours and each revision is correcting spelling mistakes or telling him you don't want a green dog in your logo, I want a natural looking dog. His response is "you choose font and gives you a pale old lady stockings colour dog" instead of a white Dalmatian with black dots or a brown German Shepard. In the end I used an online translator to translate my requests from English to Vietnamese. He told me to sketch something and he'd make something. If I could sketch something then I would do my own logo. The one logo that I liked was the one I gave him all my ideas for. All he did was put it together in the right format. I was so frustrated with his other two attempts that I said ok give me the first logo with stationary and everything I've paid for. I got the most basic design, no stationary or headers. Did I go through customer service? OF COURSE! Throughout this whole ordeal. I described every little detail. Each time a different person would reply and say "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him". Only to have him return with the same dog in orange or turquoise and every time customer service would spit out the same line "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him. We see he is responding to you within 24 hours so for us that means you are trying to work things out. I want my money back! Sorry we can't give you your money back. The seller has received his money and its up to him to give you any money back if he so chooses. It was a dreadful experience. I ended up using an online logo maker and I loved it. PLUS it actually cost less. I'm now doing my own website. If you have the patience then try to do it yourself. Do NOT skimp on your website. The way the world is run today you want your website and all social media presence to correctly reflect your quality. If at the end I'm not happy with my website I will go to a professional and pay what it costs. Hope this helped and good luck
Answer: I know I have to wade through a lot of questionable sellers to get a good one. Happy hunting. There are good ones out there though.
Answer: All I can say id Fiverr is the BIGGEST SCAM going. Had to dispute the charges through my bank to get the money back
Answer: Stay far away from fiverr. I paid a guy to do some work and proved with third party techniques they used bots for fake views to my site. Yet this guy had many many great reviews. You cannot trust this site whatsoever. Stick with paypal as you most likely will get nowhere with fiverr.
Answer: If you want a site designed to steal credit card data from hard-working, civilized people, please use Fiverr. It is designed for one thing: to take your credit card data and leave you to deal with a mess. More details, reply or search for my previous posts.
Answer: I can only imagine you got swindled and feel bad about the fact you trusted someone. Don't feel bad, you did nothing wrong. There are sites who take the time to vet their sellers and then there are sites like Fiverr who let's anyone to join with zero check on their credentials. The entry into selling on Fiverr is so easy that it borders on ridiculousness. Anyone can lie about their location, experience, education, and just about any credentials. Some of them are really clever and mask their fake profile pictures and gig descriptions really well. Fiverr is so secretive about their vetting process, which I seriously doubt there is anything in writing, that you can't trust it. The seller's level is a joke - I've gotten cheated by ones with thousands of reviews. How they received literally a thousand or more review is mind boggling. Go back and check again, you'll notice like 99.9% of the million or so sellers all have 5 star reviews. All legitimate businesses have a combination of good and bad reviews, most average around 3/5 or if they are a really great business 4/5 but for a large company with like a million or so freelancers with zero credentials having 5/5 pretty much tells you there is something wrong. Like I said, you did nothing wrong. I hope you didn't lose too much money. Their philosophy is "We don't care how crappy the delivery was as long as the seller delivered you don't get your money back."
Answer: The answer is plain simple NO! You will get your followers, yes! But they are all bots, so you will lose 90% of the followers the same week, might as well throw this 5 bucks in the air.
Answer: There is very little in the world that is unique. You have to trust or spend a lot more $$$ or do it yourself
Answer: I would suggest having nothing whatsoever to do with Fiverr. When things go wrong - and that happens a LOT - there is no customer support line to call. They make it very difficult (in my own case, impossible) to resolve any problems. Read the evaluation reviews- they are extremely negative. My advice: find another site on which to offer your services. DG
Answer: I've had 28 orders and all but two were very satisfactory. Most were PDFform building or business card templates, but I had s few design logos for me then used the one I liked. Buyers: it's cheap. Remember that. When the service is good I tip generously then use the same person. I get great service, often in one day. When I order, I add express service and have yet to be disappointed. It's a business model without customer service. Face it. If you want customer service, go to Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus. Do a better job selecting your service provider; be clear in the order, and overpay.
