So far, I love this watch! The large screen, the big font, the fact that the NUMBERS light up instead of the whole screen. It's lightweight, has great adjustabliity, and feels pretty solid for being entirely plastic. At $39, it was an awesome purchase. The ONLY issue is the vertical viewing angles. Overall it is good product. Thanks for a quality product.
I received one of two bathsuits I ordered over 2 weeks ago today. It is defective and evidently not made to fit a human woman's body - straps are way too short, bra cups are far too small, unless you're a man, fabric is extremely cheap. All for US$34! What a rip off! Had I known it was a chinese company I would never have ordered this. I have been burned big time in the past. No more business with Quebecois companies online! This is fraud! I'm calling the better business bureau!

These idiots are the biggest scammers ever!... We ordered 2 watches on 13th November 2016 and the parcel never arrived... Only a lot of empty promises... Bunch of thieves! As soon as you report them and place comments on Facebook they send you another crap mail saying ooh send your order number so we can help you... bull$#*!! They block you as soon as you complain... Why does Facebook not close site down if you guys know they are stealing from the public
I ordered a smart watch for my grandson for his birthday. That's all he asked for. It took 2 months to receive my order. Not only did he get his present late, but the stupid thing didn't work. My grandson was very disappointed. I emailed them several times, because that's the only way to get in touch with them, there's no phone number, and no responce. I guess I'm out $77.00 and that hurts because I'm disabled and on a fixed income. I will never order from this company again.

Do not order from this company I cancelled my order within one hour of ordering they refused to cancel it and refund me my money I cancelled because it was coming from China even though their company seems to be based in North America. Anyway most people seem to be waiting over 2 or 3 months for their products arrive I'm now working with my credit card company to retrieve my money. Do yourself a favor do not order from these people!

The website is so well marketed, with beautiful pictures, great prices, etc.
Now is where the real truth begins:
* shipping took 6 weeks!
* A scrunched up ball of plastic arrived in the mail with the worst quality item inside. I'm talking sub- dollar store quality.
* After 5 emails, someone finally replied and said I was too late for a refund.
If you work hard for your money, do not purchase on any of their scam sites. You will not see it back. BUYER BEWARE!

I see all the other reviews and it sounds just like what happened to me! You should call your bank and dispute it! These people should not be getting a dime! I bought 3 gps watches for my kids back on November 26 and spent over $100 and I never received the order. I didn't think it was a scam because they would respond to my emails but would just say sorry about the delays and tell me to track my package which I did and it was in transit and hasn't moved since dec 5th! Its sad there are people like this that steal people's money!

I ordered the Smart Band on 12/5, they took my money, sent me an email saying it had shipped on 12/9, but still not delivered as of 1/23. I have no way of tracking it... keeps saying it's In Transit but last update was 12/12 that it was in China. How can they get by with this? Is there anyway to stop them from doing this to other innocent people? If you're thinking of buying from them... DON'T. Also, I put this same message on their FB page and they deleted it.

I ordered 1 bikini. Can you imagine how small this parcel must be? Its been 3 months... I'm still waiting. Their customer service is pathetic! They are still telling me to be patient as it could take up to 90days for delivery. The last tracking entry was beginning July when it noted it departed China. Nothing since. It's clear the parcel is missing. I now demanded a refund. Still no response.
After 22 emails back and forth, I've been advised I'm SOL!
I bought two GPS kids tracker watches and spent $60 is SIM cards, at their urging, and have wasted $200. I bought two "trackers" and six SIM cards with three different carriers. They lack not only integrity, but completely fail to stand behind their products. If you want to waste your money, get screwed around and mislead, this is the joke for you. Otherwise, keep your distance and save your funds. Horrible business relations!

I ordered the product November 26th. The excuses include: Christmas, Customs holding up packages in Vancouver or Los Angeles (depending on your country), most recent excuse was shipping delays delays from Singapore due to Chinese New Year.
Thank goodness for credit card dispute department - and the 100 day limit. They have provided a refund - pending FITSHOPPRO's reaction.

I ordered a fit band from FitShopPro and never received it! It has been almost 3 months since that order and after at LEAST 25 emails I STILL have not received my money back OR the product! They blocked me from commenting on their website so no one can see bad feedback! Horrible business practise!

Knew I shouldn't have trusted the site. Made all measurements and ordered a bikini. Bikini came after like 3 weeks, was much smaller then the description and with the WRONG colors. Description said red wine, pink and gray. Suit came in pink and white. Contacted customer service immediately via email (do these people even have a phone number?!) and was told to send a picture. Picture attached to email and not using their filedropper because the site is not safe per my phone and laptop. I don't trust them. 40 bucks wasted and lesson learned.
Totally unreliable! I ordered a pair of gym leggings and what I got was a cheap quality of leggings worth 2and not 26$! No brand shown, no tag showing any material! The customer service girl was actually helpful however they do not offer any form of compensation unless a credit into the account; now I got this 26$ balance to spend buying another item from them? This is scam!
I ordered Day Fit 2.0 in Dec 2017. It took more than 2 months to reach. They charged me Canadian currency but product shipped from China.
When product arrived, it did not comes with instruction. There is no way to know how to set the date, time and their features. Bluetooth doesn't worked. Wrote to help centre more than 2 months ago, have yet to receive their reply.

I was order a lot of stuff online but This is very bad service website I ever have, my item was lost 1 month ago over, when I check online they said my bikini stuck in China post office, I never received it but they already withdrawal money fr my bank, when I was contact them they said not guarantee for the shopping due to customer issue, it sadly I don't know where my stuff is, i paid but never received, everyone must be careful with this webside ok

Ordered 3items. Tracking number given forever cannot track. Customers support team will only reply you same thing wait for few more days tracking number is New without helping any. U meant after 2-3 weeks tracking number still New?! SCAM!
I even called china post to check with them.

Well, looking at all the past comments I doubt to quality will be good even it surprises me in the future when I got the chance to receive items.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. What a huge disappointment. Please do not order from them. They do not give refunds. Although their clothes look amazing on line, they are of very inferior quality. An item I ordered had such a foul odor, it filled the room with the smell. The other item, was a poorly constructed size small and might have fit a 10 year old. The help desk was zero help. My money is down the drain.
Like everyone it took ages to receive the bikini I ordered (from China to Japan). The bikini doesn't look like the one on the picture, but just like a really poor imitation. Cheap fabric, no lining, weak sewing. The website said the original price was $80 and I paid it $30 but the actual bikini just looks like something you would pay $2 on a night market in Vietnam.
This company is A Rip Off. I placed my order for a kids smart watch on December 8,2016 it is now January 27,2017 and I still have not received any watch nor can you speak to a person. My tracking info. Has not changed since the 15th of December I have emailed multiple times and I get the same response every time I just hope the next person who thinks about ordering from this company reads the reviews first so they don't get ripped off also. They take your money and never deliver its a shame

I ordered a pulse/blood pressure watch on the 2nd of July and have not seen it yet. Credit card company is going to remove their charge from my card.
Don't ever buy from this site, Placed an order they took my $33.99 out of my account on July 31 never received an email tracking number order number anything from them I've been in touch with their help support they can't find anything but yet they still have my $33.99 and no one can help me they keep on directing me to the help support which wants a tracking number or order number and I have none
I bought one swimsuit, was charged for two.
Package came home with only one swimsuit. Thought the second one would be sent separately.
Two weeks later, nothing. Contacted customer support and they told me that it was both in the first package which it wasn't.
No response received. Never have I ever experienced this in my entire life.
Received nothing and took $150 off credit card. These companies are why I will no longer shop online. Shut these Chinese cowboys down. We really need to stop growing their economy with purchasing this $#*!.
