I just ordered the smartband and now I'm seeing all these reviews that they never got order.
Also bad reviews on product as well.
What do I have to do to cancel this order?

If you paid by credit card (like I did) you might be able to get your money back. I called my bank who issued the credit card and was advised to fill and send a report form and got my money back. They also checked and prevent future orders and payment of their customers to this site. Good luck.
