All of the boxes came in ripped and damaged. All of my wheels had scuff marks along the rim. Just wish it could've been more taken care of.
I bought a set of rims and the product to keep them nice and clean Fitment Industries is a good company to deal and trust with your order...

No issues with the website or the ordering process. However, once the first order was placed the issues began. The first issue was poorly communicated so I had to cancel the order. The company offered me a 50.00 discount because of their poor communication, which was acceptable and in good faith so I placed another order. This second order went well good communication and the order was processed quickly. The order was received and was packaged very well and I was extremely excited to open them. This is when I noticed one of the shells had damages to the lip. I contacted the customer service, they requested photos which were provided. The representative then advised they would need to speak with "higher ups" in order to provide a decision on how to handle this situation. I then received an email the next day advising they had already provided me a 50.00 discount (which was for the last issue not this one) so they are willing to reimburse up to 100.00 to have them repaired. So to recap purchased brand new wheels the company fails to process the order correctly they offer 50.00 to correct the issue. I place a new order then the send damaged wheels because of a failure of the QC department, they say "we already gave you 50.00, so you can have up to a 100.00 to fix new wheels that we sent out damaged". The 50.00 was for a completely different issue and 100.00 barely covers the dismounting and remounting let alone the actual cost of repairs. After a week of back and forth phone calls and emails, having to fight just to receive a quality product I was finally able to receive return labels. This company's customer service is HORRIBLE! Once they receive your money they no longer care about your satisfaction as a customer.
