I downloaded the FishingBooker app to book an experience for my husband, daughter and her three friends - 4 new 16 year old "fisher girls!" My Husband and I were so excited to take them for their first offshore big fishing trip. Long story short, we booked a very expensive trip and the captain called to "give us a better experience" but changed us to the next day. Well, the next day came and we never heard from him - Capt Ron, Fishhawk Charters. My Husband frantically started calling and texting; I got on the app to try to find another charter but to no avail. Devastating! All the sudden, I got a random number calling on my phone. I answered it, and it was Chloe from FishingBooker. She not only knew about the problem, but had already started calling other captains and charters trying to find something for us! She stayed with me for over two hours until she found a charter for us in the morning - This was at 9 PM!
We have not had customer service like this in years from any company. Not only was she, friendly and diligent, she was proactive in texting me and calling me and didn't stop until she found one. It was truly impressive and quite overwhelming in a great way! I haven't felt so cared for by a company and I really long time.(FishingBooker… give Chloe a raise!) Thank you FishingBooker and Thank you so much Chloe for 100% saving our vacation!
Ismael and Luis were fantastic. Great with working with our kids, caught fish immediately. Lots of fun and they worked super hard for us! Friendly and clean boat
I have had my business through this site for many years. This last year with COVID playing a big issue with small business like mine. This year I had contracted COVID and a month after I had a heart attack. I needed to cancel a few trips to my strength back. Now up and running again they cancelled me due to canceling a few trips due to my past health issue. With everything going on in the world and business like mine trying to come back from a year of COVID, Fish Booker "who is ran from INDIA" will never see my business again and I will never support them in any way. Please find a site that has a businesses back not just for the good of their own. Very disappointed with Fish Booker and will never suggest using their site.

Unfortunately, our system noticed that an unusually high number of your trips haven't been going through over the last several months. It was clear that something wasn't right. Even though your availability was open, the majority of customers who booked with you weren't able to go fishing.
This is why your listing was temporarily paused until things could get back to normal again.
We try to do right by captains and customers, and understand how frustrating it is for customers to book a trip for what looks like an available date, only to hear that it won't happen when it's too late to book an alternative. This is why our system can pause listings for new bookings when it notices a seriously low number of trips are going through. This way, captains can take time to get back on track with their availability settings, and customers can be confident that their trips will go ahead.
We really value the partnership we've had over the years and I'm sorry to hear how tough things have been lately. If you ever change your mind and decide to relist, we'd be very happy to talk through how we can make things work in the future.

Captain was very friendly and helpful. Got us on fish and worked with our 6 year old so he was able to catch some to. Great time and will do it again.

We had a beautiful day with just a bit too much chop near shore. Luis found fish inshore. We caught a lot of small Spanish mackerel and bluefish on light tackle. It was lots of fun

Had a great time with Bonefish Stevie! Communication prior to was easy and the trip was enjoyable all around… not to mention, we caught plenty of bonefish!

We had a great time, the crew was so fun and very good at finding us some fish. We caught tuna and a bull shark. The whole experience is highly recommended.

We had a great time out on the boat with Firehatt charters but we came back empty handed, we seen a lot of cool things and one major high light was a massive whale shark just outside the harbor

This was my second trip with Treble Maker Charter and captain Mark Kornosky, I had the best time fishing for Musky's on Lake Ssint Clair if your looking for a top notch guy who knows this lake like the back of his hand Mark's your guy! He put us on fish I caught my personal best with him. I highly recommend Treble Maker charters for your next fishing trip.

Nice boat, able captain BUT a big problem in that the boat was closed in for the weather and the captain is a CHAIN SMOKER.
So we sat wheezing in acrid second hand smoke and my son-in-law developed a bad headache.
However we did catch keeper sized stripers and keeper sized halibut with about 50% fish were undersized
So good catching, modest keeping but terrible smoke pollution.
Booked a 5 hour charter for my husbands birthday 3 months in advance. 3 days before our trip they cancelled our trip to take out a bigger group. Ruined our weekend away. Lousy service.

Captain Lance was the best captain ever! Very helpful, very nice, clean boat, and very friendly. I would highly recommend his charter for great fishing trip.

Booked Dreamboats Portugal through fishing booker.com and captain cancelled on morning of trip due to bad weather conditions. Terms and Conditions state I get deposit refunded as I did not cancel the trip. This is far from the case as Fishingbooker.com held the deposit and sided with the captain of Dreamboats and also whilst in dispute released the money to captain and told me it was unfortunate and they couldnt help me now as funds had already gone. Awful service and treatment. STAY CLEAR AND BOOK THROUGH AN ALTERNATIVE SITE
