I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company regarding the delivery of a product order. Despite my explicit request for the latest manufacturing date, I received a product manufactured in 2022, contrary to what was agreed upon prior to placing the order. Throughout this ordeal, I have diligently reached out to your team multiple times via email and your application, clearly stating my concerns and requesting a resolution. Regrettably, I have yet to receive a single response. Despite assurances over the phone that I would receive a reply within 24 hours, I have been met with silence and inaction. On top of this, last Saturday, I was assured by one of your representatives that all items would be returned, and arrangements would be made for a prompt collection by your delivery team within 24 hours. However, no action has been taken thus far, and there has been no communication regarding the return process. Additionally, I followed the instructions provided by "Omer" from your team to send product photos and details for a replacement, yet I have not received any response to that either. It is incredibly frustrating to experience such a lack of accountability and efficiency in handling customer concerns. I want to emphasize that my request for the latest manufacturing date was not arbitrary; it was made out of genuine concern for my baby's well-being. While the product may not have expired, I specifically requested the latest manufacturing date for peace of mind. This request was communicated clearly through multiple channels before placing the order.

I had ordered a stroller which I want to return it back. Spoke to executives multiple time and they have pissed me off. Attached are the order details and return policy for this clearly returnable product. I tried everything to explain the executive but they unable to even understand the least. I am again raising the return request and if it does not get processed, I am uninstalling the firstcry app in my mobile. And if need comes I am ready to fight it in consumer courts.

Ordered a baby girl ruffled frock with matching headband. I bought the product for the coordinated headband but never recieved it in the package which was delivered to me. Dress quality is okay but apart from the missing piece, packaging quality is extremely poor. Customer service is just as pathetic as their packaging. If anyones looking for a good product delivery with satisfaction, please stay away from Firstcry

To whoever is supposed to be incharge of your online orders app or anything. Please know that you are doing the absolute rubbish job. My account and my husbands account has been suspended for bulk purchasing. Buying 2 packs of diapers is bulk?. I have a 10 month old and a 2 year old. I order 2 packs of diapers each. So in your pathetic system that's bulk?. Are you guys working there or having a lazy day work all year round?. Basically your colleague on a call told me your account is useless now, you cannot order again as our system picks up that you are ordering in bulk. Some scripted one sentence answer. You are backed my whatever big names and investors but can't fix a system that you own?. Please review your own service and train your customers representative better to help and not to infuriate customers further.

If you want to order from Firstcry make sure you opt of cash on delivery as there is NO guarantee you will receive the product so if you have already paid, good luck with getting the refund...ordered a baby item, waited for the item patiently for more than 9 days, No Site takes that much time pertaining to where I live, but here we are, finally thought of cancelling the order as soon as I logged in, to may surprise they had already cancelled the item, no info, message, nothing...pathetic...

The experience on getting a prompt answer for delivery failure is a complete disappointment. The automated reply is not helping and the reason stated for unsuccessful delivery is not correct as well. I have been purchasing from multiple online platforms and this has been the worst experience.

What happened to my delivery problem, first cry? I received reminders every day that it would arrive but do nothing. It was so disheartening to try and return an order but be denied because it was out for delivery.

They will loot you for gift wrapping Rs40, they will wrap the gift with their logo printed paper and we will carry and do advertisement for them and they will charge Rs 40.

Today I had this kind of experience with First Cry shop in Aluva and I will make sure that never ever I will go for shopping to First cry and also make sure that my friends and relatives also are aware of this looting.

The customer service is pathetic. Not willing to help the customer. It has changed over the years. I have been a regular customer of FirstCryBut my recent experience was very bad. Delivered a poor quality product and not ready to exchange it coz I put the request 3hours later before it's closing window ( coz it was ordered from London) Requested to transfer the credit where I can immediately buy another item. Not asking for refund. Not very happy. Will never shop from First cry

I ordered a stream iron from this website it was not working as expected so initiated the return on the very same day but support guys did not initiated the return to vendor and hence the return got rejected because of their fault. And no one ever bothered to reply my emails. Totally pathetic customer support.

I was FirstCry's most regular customer. Since August 2019 until now (March 2020), I have been buying stuff off FirstCry, spending thousands and thousands of rupees on them. But their customer service is the worst. There is no option to chat with someone online. The bot on their website, Fisty is the most useless help assistant ever. I made two transactions on their website recently. Both failed but my account got debited twice. I am still waiting for my refund. If and when it comes, they credit it to your FC wallet, not your bank. I am NEVER EVER going to shop on FirstCry again.

This is the second time it's happened, first time firstcry send us a damage sipper for my son and they replaced it finally after 1 month approx.
Now i have ordered a scooter for my son and the quality is so poor. Seat quality worst my son fallen and got his head cut also swelled. I asked them that i want to get refund and will buy a car but they are sending the same scooter again.
Pathatic service...the brand is loosing it's value as they don't value their customers.

I bought a trampoline 10feet. After less than 1 year, the lock that closes it broke down. My kids fell out of the trampoline. I called them and asked them to replace it or just give me the broken spare part.
After weeks of delay, they sent me a message saying that they don't have the replacement part. The only solution they gave was to buy a new trampoline

They have partnered with most lazy, sleepy courier service (xpressbee)
They sleep over your item, i have made 2 separate order on 09/10/20, which was shipped/hand over to Xpressbee courier on 10/10/2020, yet 1 order is in the destination city and 2nd one has not moved at all.
While tracking on 13th, for last 4days item is still at the same location and xpressbee has changed delivery date to 17th oct now.
Xpressbee courier service has no value for time. And they have some lazy people in there team as well

They will offer better prices to sell defective products. No return will be available, you will be compelled to accept the items. Worst service, no customer support available. For all queries you will get digital replies only.
