TV took forever to arrive but came in good shape, we're happy with it. I did not like the sales call that followed where the company rep called me to sell me their insurance. I was in the middle of a busy day and didn't want to be rude, but before the TV arrived the call just went on and on about the insurance i already purchased being not good, etc. I already paid for it so it was a moot point. And at the time I hadn't gotten my TV yet. Not great strategy to try to upsell someone by disturbing a work day. Otherwise, great.
I was extremely sceptical and nervous about buying a TV that was priced so below market value. However, TV came new as described and in perfect condition. Have no idea how they are able to sell at such low price, would highly recommend.
The price was phenomenal and while delivery took a good bit long it was well within the stated time frame they stated. The home delivery service used was professional and took care of my new TV. My only only complaint is the sales person from First Class TVs was very pushy with an extended warranty. He kept saying that they had nothing in it but just trying to look out for me but every time I denied the warranty the price for it decreased.

From the time I placed the order to delivery, Firstclasstvs communicated every step and ensured I knew when to expect my new TV. It arrived in perfect condition and was brough in, plugged up, and tested. Cant be any happier.
The upsells on "white glove" installation and extended warranty felt really unscrupulous :/

Very good price compared to BestBuy. (Costco doesn't have E series). I actually checked the serial number with LG customer service it's brand new and manufactured around 2-3 months before I placed the order. If I need another TV I'll buy from the same seller.
