Very happy with Firstclasstv. Won't hesitate to buy for them again. Very happy with the shipping company communication could have been better. I wasn't going to be home on the day they deliver the tv. Tried contacting? Thank you again Firstclasstv.
The service and the overall experience with them were great. My only comment would be that the delivery contractors they used demanded $50 dollars for delivery to a 3 floor walk up where i live in.
I was not made aware of this before and was surprised by this. The delivery charge was said to have waived in the final bill/receipt. Was hoping that they would be more transparent in the future.
Brand new and never been open original carton.
This was a first class experience in all ways except the final delivery. Delivery was contracted to AMTrucking. Their communication was awful and the shipment tracking online never worked or updated. Final delivery was scheduled and then rescheduled at the last minute to a time that did not work for me. In desperation, I rescheduled my day to meet the truck to get this over with. I will say that the truck driver and his associate were very courteous and professional and their demeanor calmed me down.
I ordered the item... it arrived on time... I'm happy...
With the exception of a 4 hour delivery delay, which was not the sellers fault, great overall experience and a terrific price

Initially I wasn't real sure about making the purchase because the price was too good and didn't know the seller, but I looked at the reviews and everybody had good things to say. So I pulled the trigger. The delivery was not as fast as I would have liked, but it's Christmas and at the price I paid - I could wait a bit. The delivery company kept in touch and delivered on the date they emailed me. The delivery guys were very professional and even unboxed the TV and plugged it in to make sure it turned on - worked fine. Long story short, no drama transaction.
Now I follow firstclasstvs.com. Great seller and will purchase from them again without hesitation. In fact, I wish I had purchased two of the TV's!
