Saved $700 over BestBuy, shipping was good, they unpackaged and plugged in to check for cracked screen as part of the delivery.

Received the Lg Oled 77' very great-priced tv in good shape-but $300-something for shipping. The sound bar didn't come, and when I called he said it had been returned damaged during shipping. He said they were out of stock and that we'd be the first ones when they received a new shipment (but he didn't call prior to me calling them after the tv arrives). The price online has fine up $100. I suspect they don't want to sell it for the lower price, but could be wrong. Three phone calls & ive spoken to the same guy who is very smooth and has excellent manners...

I was apprehensive ordering an expensive TV from an ebay seller. But after doing a little research on these guys and they also (at the time of my purchase) had a 100% seller rating on ebay selling many thousands of items, I decided to give them a try. I am really glad I did. Everything went as they stated. I never contacted the seller, nor the shipper. The shipper contacted me about 10 days after my purchase to let me know I would be receiving the TV the next day. Which was just what the seller said they would do. If you are on the fence, get off an order a TV from these guys. I have had my TV a little over a week and all is well.
I was concerned about getting the item I ordered. I went to a retail store and took pictures of the box of the same item I bought, so it would help me to know when the item arrived that I was getting the item I ordered.
The shipper brought the TV into the house and powered it on. They are required to do so by their company to ensure the TV was delivered to the buyer in working condition. They were very careful handling the TV to not harm the unit. The box the TV came in was pristine condition. No dents or holes in the box, barely a scratch on it. So again, I was very impressed with the entire process.
The product was delivered in a timely manner considering it was driven by truck from Atlanta, Ga to the New Orleans, LA area. It arrived with no damage and the driver and his assistant were very professional and helpful. As required, they opened and test the TV. So far, the set is operating as expected with no problems. Very satisfied to this point.
I recommend highly. My TV was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery guys were wonderful! Nobody else came close to the price!
