Product was as advertised and in perfect condition. The seller provides plenty of communication and updates on shipping status and their carrier called in advance of their delivery which they did with no issues.
Everything was easy and as expected except that I found it difficult to schedule with AMTrucking since one have to be home to inspect the TV and make sure it is working. They were always very polite but often did not get back to me after telling me they would. It was difficult to find a time for the delivery since their main office is a few hours away and they schedule me any drop off's during the same route. Eventually (after seven or eight interactions with them), we were able to find a window for the delivery and the delivery men were very nice and friendly.

The TV was an amazing price, the cheapest I have ever seen this TV. The delivery took about 2 weeks but it was worth the wait for the price. The delivery people were helpful and inspected the TV before leaving to make sure it was in great shape. We had to contact the company to confirm that our television arrived but within 24 hours of calling them they had already located our shipment and delivered the TV to us.

Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand.
