Like everyone else, I bought as it appeared legitimate, with Dr Phil and Dr Oz standing by the product. I didn't for a trial, but have now been billed $89.85. The trouble is they have locked my bank account, which during the pandemic is causing serious problems. I waited 120 minutes to reach Loss Prevention yesterday, 90 minutes on Sunday and have so far waited 60 minutes as I type. My branch can not unlock my account. So I am in a pandemic with no access to my bank account because of these vile scumbags.

Like everyone else, they told me I had agreed to a trial, but the website now gives a 404 error, so I can't prove anything.

If my bank doesn't reverse the charge I will drive to Utah when the pandemic lifts.

Unfortunately looked into this site and unbenounced to me they charged me for products I never ordered. I called immediately and was assured that I would receive my money back. It's been several days now and one of their representatives Marianne, has been rude and very unprofessional and claims that I made this order. The biggest problem is she kept telling me that I needed to read the fine print. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (as many others have). Buyer beware! They are a scam!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. They sent me the 4.95 test bottle and then like the others two weeks later they charged me $89 for it. I called them they claim it was in the small print. I asked them for the website he could not give me the website so that I can read the small print so I still don't believe it's there. Look for the small print, if it even exists. You purchase a product to try it and then you receive products you didn't order. And, you are on a recurring charge that you must cancel to prevent further charges. Total scam! Multiple names and locations (in Utah) and you end up talking with someone out of the country when you try to follow up. In addition the product didn't help with pain relief, which was my reason for trying it.

This place is a SCAM. DO NOT order free samples pay for the shipping fee only. My bad, I did and got burned. They charged to my card, $25.80 instead of the $4.95 as advertised. I called one of their numbers and the person who answered said they would credit me back and confirm it with a email.

Neither happened.

While many people on the internet our honest and upright. These people are obviously not.

I called my bank, JP Morgan Chase, spoke to their Fraud Department and reported the company and this transaction.
They probably will eventually credit me back the funds that were fraudulently charged and should have credited back.
I also canceled the card used for future protection.

If any product is eventually received I will not use it for fear that what was shipped is NOT what was advertised.
