Tried the CBD but these people own many different websites all rip offs!
March 25, 2020

I got two pages in the mail, 1 for the CBD cream and 1 for the oil with turmeric. First, never ordered the oil with turmeric but secondly, thank the heavens I never ordered the 5 bottle, 3 bottle or 1 bottle deal! But still ended up with this crap just like the rest of you. I'm also being billed under 2 different websites having to do with lip crap. I called to return the unopened packages I got but was told by the representative, Gabriel, that they don't except returns. But found this on their website!

Beware CBD Sucker Buying... Avoid "Opt-In" Clause
September 9, 2019

I received an email offer from "firstclassherbalistcbd.com" to buy CBD gummies at 45% discount. Seemed like a good deal? This email came because Big Brother keeps an eye on our online shopping habits and makes money off of it. Woe is me, I forgot to read the ads' fine print about committing your life away using their clever/devious "Opt-in" technique.

Had you bothered reading its "Rules" link, it tells you after several paragraphs in, of your obligatory "Opt-In" auto-purchase of two more "unwanted" CBD products. Your bill is automatically charged for these extras then recharged every 30 days of replenishment. Man I went ballistic realizing I've been duped and suckered! I quickly cancelled this nonsense.

In fairness, their products are substantive with claims to have independent labs investigating the efficacy of their CBD offers. But I didn't want to be forced to "unknowingly" buy their whole CBD store of other products. Man "what a country" of legalize BS. So I gather it's automatically legal to force me to unknowingly buy the store so long as they surreptitiously sneak a letter into my back pocket that tells me its OK?
