Firestone

Months ago, I scheduled an appt online for services offered and confirmed available on their website. I then received an email stating the services were not available at this location as well as an email stating I had an appt scheduled for a random day and time. I chatted with an agent on their website and after a long waste of time, he advised I would have to contact the store directly. I called them immediately and the woman stated that since they didn't have the services available, she just scheduled the random appt for me (not even close to the date and time I had originally booked). I asked why she thought it ok to do so as people work and can't randomly take off for appts created for them and that don't even offer the services scheduled. She did not have an answer. Months later, I receive an auto email stating I have an upcoming appt that I never scheduled! So now I am spending time that I do not have to contact them and again, fix their mistake. I asked the agent (John) to delete my info so I don't continue to have to waste my time with a company I don't even (and never will) use. He stated he would not and disconnected the chat. Infuriating.

I purchased 4 new tires i was under the understanding i had road hazard with i found out after 3 tires damage i didn't i spent over 1100 dollars and they are the worse tires i ever own this tires are 3 months old on 4/******* a tire has a chunk missing on the sidewall and is how i found out i had no warranty on new tires the store never offer it, never brought it up never told me nothing i though a company like that and 1100 dollars later they had the decency to offer and protect their clients i found out otherwise, they refuse to help and iwas told to go fly a kite i will never buy another firestone tire or deal with this lack of respect company stay away from them deal with Goodyear i had them never had an issue i had Pirelli never had issue bridgestore firestone they are the worse
