Months ago, I scheduled an appt online for services offered and confirmed available on their website. I then received an email stating the services were not available at this location as well as an email stating I had an appt scheduled for a random day and time. I chatted with an agent on their website and after a long waste of time, he advised I would have to contact the store directly. I called them immediately and the woman stated that since they didn't have the services available, she just scheduled the random appt for me (not even close to the date and time I had originally booked). I asked why she thought it ok to do so as people work and can't randomly take off for appts created for them and that don't even offer the services scheduled. She did not have an answer. Months later, I receive an auto email stating I have an upcoming appt that I never scheduled! So now I am spending time that I do not have to contact them and again, fix their mistake. I asked the agent (John) to delete my info so I don't continue to have to waste my time with a company I don't even (and never will) use. He stated he would not and disconnected the chat. Infuriating.

Savings are very beneficial but the process of obtaining healthcare with them is excruciating! Every single time I call in, I get completely differing information and have had to spend HOURS following up on their issues. Not only that, they provide a customer service # within the portal that appears to be their # but is actually HealthSherpa (a for profit private sector company) without disclosing it. This whole process has been infuriating!

I called to request information and pricing on 3 local zip codes. The rep, Eric Schmidt stated all three were still available and providing pricing and advised of the 1 year contract. I told Eric I needed to think about and within 30 minutes emailed him advising I wanted to move forward with 1 of the 3 zip codes quoted (also the most affordable option). While waiting to hear back, I started my due diligence in research and read reviews. After reading numerous TERRIBLE reviews and reviewing ethical based lawsuits brought against them, I received an email from Eric stating that in the 30 minutes since he had provided the quote for all 3 and him stating that they were still available, that only the most expensive was still available (2 zip codes sold out in 30 minutes... questionable...). I responded stating I would NOT be moving forward.
