Had issues with my order. Lack of communication from company, had to contact them to get answers and refunds. Product was shipped from parent site (gearbags.com) for same price so I reccomend buying from parent site and avoid the hassle.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the communication or service. As soon as we were informed the original bag you ordered was on back order, we contacted you and continued to stay in contact as we received additional information. Instead of the immediate refund we offered, you requested that we change the bag and refund the difference which we did as soon as the alternate bag was shipped. Good luck to you in the future.
