Finishline is the worst place to buy shoes online ever! It doesn't make since that the website gets jammed every time I fill out for a raffle or when I check my results! If you don't know someone at the store you will never get any NEW RELEASES! I work hard for my money and I'm not paying $600 for a pair of $200 shoes! The worst part about it is FINISHLINE CORPORATE WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO ANSWER YOUR CONCERNS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN ON THE BULLS@#T AS WELL! THIS WORLD IS FU@$ED UP! IF you have a child that gets good grades and is responsible and respectful and their only request is a pair of new releases shoes from finish line you have to tell him or her no! They created these WEB BOTS THAT BUYS UP SHOES IN A MATTER OF SECONDS! Hard work means nothing and you will never have a fair shot! ZERO STARS I HATE THIS STUPID WEBSITE! Where do I even start?! This has been a nightmare! First of all I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on finishline.com on August 11th. Well, they were all split up and shipped on 3 different days, no biggy. When one of the packages arrived on the 19th (fairly fast shipping, I know) There was only ONE SANDAL! (For my two year old) Wth. So, I called customer service and was understanding about it and asked for next day air. *Next day, a sandal comes in the mail in adult size. FAIL. SO, call customer service AGAIN to get this fixed... Expect the right sandal the next day and nothing comes. I call customer service the following day to figure out what the heck is going on and they give me a tracking number and tell me that's her sandal and to disregard the tracking number that UPS sent me in my email. Also told me the sandal would be here by the end of the day. Here I am at 5:45 at night. No sandal talking to customer service again because they have that sandal being shipped to FL where the other sandal came from :( I LIVE IN OHIO. They gave me a tracking number for my return label for the big "oopsy" sandal. Oh damn it anyway. They asked if I would just take a refund.
Shoes are very clean and very comfortable. Very satisfied with Finish Line. I will recommend this store to my friends.

I ordered a pair of hiking boots as a Christmas gift, there was a week before Christmas and the site guanteed that it would ship by the 23rd as of Dec 18th. On Dec 21st, I received an email saying my order had been canceled. I did not cancel the order. The website had already charged me for 100$ shoes, and the email they sent to cancel my order says a refund would be made in SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS. I proceeded to call the customer service line, where an automated voice told me that they were overly busy with customer calls and would not be accepting more calls. On a customer service line, you're not servicing anymore customers... The next automated voice comes on to tell me that my account had not been charged since my order was canceled. My account has been charged. I called customer service repeatedly and finally got on a wait list so I can wait 120+ mins for a representative. Have yall cracked your skull open? This is completely unprofessional, and as a first time customer, I'm so upset and disgusted that I absolutely will not be returning to purchase anything else from these scam artists. If you can't service your customers properly you need to close the business, as customers are the only reason you stay in business and to be told you all are to busy to refund or even talk to your customers about a mistake on your end is 100% unacceptable. I recommend to anyone thinking about buying from the finishline site to find a new shoe store.

We went to FinishLibe in Town East Mall ( Mesquite TX) and Christian is a wonderful saler is a great outgoing and helpful person.
I definitely will buy again at this location since I have to drive 25 minutes to get there I prefer because at the Fireweel mall Garland the costumer service is horrible and is at 10 minutes from my house. For the finishLine in Garland I will give 1 star
I didnt want to give any stars. The sad part about my experience is that we actually went to the store to order a pair of boots which customer service said was in stock at this location. Anyway, they placed the order at the store on a Saturday and said my boyfriends boots would be in by Thursday. Wednesday comes around and I get a message from UPS saying the boots came early and were In the process of being delivered. (1 day early) I waited until Thursday anyway. I look at the UPS website to make sure they were delivered and there was a message that simply said Undeliverable, denied by sender. So I call UPS and they said someone at the store refused them. I call the finish line location and they said they can't refuse a delivery. So they go check in the back and they come to the phone saying nothing was there and that I should call yheir customer service. The 1st day I called I was on hold for an hr and no one came to the phone. I went back and forth with customer service for about 2 weeks. From them saying they would send a new pair to my house and when I get off the phone with them, 3hrs later I receive an email saying they weren't in stock. So I tell them send the check. After 2weeks of waiting, I'm furious. I call and say I don t want the check! Just let me go to the store and get my money back since I paid cash. The lady really asked me if I wanted them to reissue a check. NO! Just like the boots, the check was probably never sent. So I go to the store and they had the approval for me to get my cash. I never want to do business with this circus EVER again..

DO NOT BUY FROM FINISH LINE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY SEND ME THE WRONG SHOE AND PROMISED TO REPLACE THE SHOES. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SHIPPING TWICE FOR THE SAME SHOES? THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT SHIPPING AND APOLOGIZED. BUT, HOW CAN THEY APOLOGY SOLVE ANYTHING? DO THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS' FEELINGS? MY WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY STILL MAKE ME PAY SHIPPING THAT I ALREADY WASTED ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER? THIS DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. I went to a corner and called the Finish line Customer Service the lady asked me about everything and put me on hold and the she came back with ( actually we can't change the price) and I'm gonna write your complaint,
I noticed that the guy returned the shoes with the same tag 55$ to same place,
Ok guys I want to buy that shoes again, what should I do!?
The employee was playing with his phone calling someone laughing and saying bad words.
I went to the door to go home he looked at me and said ( go home ( the B word))
The lady at Macy's looked at me and tried to call a manger ( Macy's Manger) I complained to her and went home
And no one called me or answered to my msg
I called the store and asked for a manger the lady put me on hold then she hang up on me.
My son's grandmother who lives in a different state purchased shoes from finish line for Christmas. He had asked for a different color so I called to see how to exchange. I was initially told the only options would be to return the shoes for a refund to his grandmother once they received the return and in 5-7 business days she could order again (The lady who ordered the wrong color in the first place) or I could drive an hour away to the nearest store and exchange them. I had to ask for a manager who agreed to call a store and have them ship me the correct color once I shipped the return using a label he would send me. Well, I was told every day for 5 days to wait 24 hours for an update on the label. I finally insisted on paying for the shipping so I could have the shoes shipped. I provided them with the tracking and here we are 7 days later... still no shoes being shipped. I rated 2 because I got the original order in perfect timing. If she had ordered the right shoes I would have no issues. My disappointment is that they are not gift-friendly (if you don't live local to a store.) One agent lied and told me there was no manager available and once I insisted, she put one on the phone. Another told me I was waiting on a refund without reading the notes. I think they are efficient with sending out orders but if you actually run into a problem, they are not prepared to assist you.

We are officially 9 business days in and they are finally sending me the replacement. I like to be honest and I was assured that I will receive my shipment in two days. They also gave me a $20 discount for a future purchase (way to keep a customer, finish line!) Anyways, it took waaayyyy too long to resolve this but I generally feel it's due to the lack of gift policies. Everyone I spoke with was polite they just didn't have protocols to address this particular issue. I wouldn't avoid finish line. Just make sure that you have a physical store available should any issus arise.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
