I've been looking for a size 5.5 Nike Roshe Run for women. I came across Finishline.com and saw that they had my size in stock. I placed my order and a few days later they emailed me saying my order is canceled because the size/color was not in stock. I called customer service about the pending transaction and since the lady had a strong accent, I had a hard time understanding what she was telling me. My money was in pending and had to wait a week to get the money back in my card. I should've stick to Foot Locker in the beginning.
I could go on and on all day long about Finishline. They have an awesome Rewards Programs, Birthday Discounts, Frequent Sales, Clearance Items & promo codes, plus emails on sales and events, free shipping to your store, or Free depending on the promo code you can find, how much u spend ext. Finishline is our Families go to place for our daughters shoes bc she mainly wears Jordans and thats all her daddy wears besides his work boots.
Placed an order for a sweatsuit only to have it canceled six days later with no explanation. The sweatsuit was still in stock, so I reordered it on the 14th. The site promised delivery before Christmas. So far only the top has been shipped. The joggers are in stock, but the date of shipment gets pushed back every time I check. It now says they will be shipped on Dec 29th.This item is still in stock and says if you order today you will get by Christmas. So frustrating, this is a gift. I ordered weeks before Christmas. I will never use this site again. Live chat is down, customer service line is not taking calls and I have not received a response from my email. Horrible customer service BEWARE!
Finishline is absolutely horrible with finding excuses for their mistakes. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes twice and decided to tell me they can send me another label for me to return the shoes. Hey finishline how about sending me the shoes I paid for. The old $#*! operator then tells me to go to the store and request the shoes. WTF
I stopped shopping at the Finishline in Smith Haven Mall because the store manager was incredibly rude and the service was terrible. Recently, I found out that there is a Finishline in the Macy's by my house in Commack. I went in and the service was great. The store manager, Paige, was wonderful and polite and assisted me with everything I needed, I ended up buying a few pairs of shoes from her. I will definitely be shopping at the Commack location again!
I ordered a pair of sneakers with one week shipping and they came the day after. I called the next day to see when they were coming and the lady was SO INCREDIBLY helpful. I will use finishline again. Note that I have not worn the shoes a ton but from what I have they have been great! Great expierence for me.
I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered my husbands shoes. I ordered a pair of Nikes and they were to be delivered on a Wednesday, Sunday came alone still no shoes. I tracked the package shows that it was at the post office on Tuesday I messaged someone on the chat she was extremely rude and told me if I wanted to cancel or get a refund. I couldn't wait for the replacements bc they were a birthday gift for my husband so I canceled my order. It's been 3 days and no refund not even showing the item was canceled. If an item shows it will arrive a certain day it should arrive that day. Very frustrating will not shop at finish line again Nike would never do this.
I bought a pair of tennis shoes and they were uncomfortable. I thought I had the macy' s return policy. It turned out they are "vendors" inside Macy's, so guess what? NO RETURNS IF YIU WORE THEM!
I think they should disclose this, so consumers will know what to expect before purchasing inside a store they trust.
Recently went in to buy a pair of jordans. Picked out the dub zeros for $130. Thing is, they only had one pair left in my size. They bring them out and they seemed to be used. The guy swore they were not but could see the crease so he offered 20 dollars off or order them online and be shipped to my house. Needless to say I had a new pair shipped to my house. They just came in today and I was so excited to finally wear them until I opened the box. These things are worse than the used ones they had instore. They have scuffs, creases, and bubbles on them. It really saddens Me that you all will have a person with such RUDE behavior towards the City Officials and the Chief of Police in Michigan City, Indiana managing your store. It disgusts Me to get on Social Media to view this Slander from a store Manager that I shop from frequently with such a NASTY MOUTH Manage one of you alls stores located at Premium Outlet in Michigan City, Indiana. How do you think Chief of Police or the Mayor Of Michigan City is going to feel when they walk into Finish Line and see this Unprofessional Rude woman who has attacked and spreader lies about one of Our Dedicated City Officials. It's like she's attacking everyone, including Myself who's worked for you all before and who has been a Winner Circle Member for years. Not to mention, she fired My Son Via text message which is improper termination and is Clearly a lawsuit against you alls Company. As a Business Owner Myself, I would NEVER have a Person like Mrs. Walker running, managing and or Operating My Business.
They will attract you with lower deals compared to others, but Im telling you do not fall for it! First you will be really happy because right after your order you will receive a very good looking email saying YOUR ORDER IS OFFICIAL. BUT wait til you wake up the next morning and a new email from them will tell you "well this is awkward but your orders was cancelled" WITH NO REASON AT ALL!
I Tried to order once again but the process just did the same thing! 4 cancelled orders in total and they said they will refund the MONEY THEY TOOK WITHIN SECONDS but it has been 2 weeks now and there is no SIGN OF REFUND YET!

Finish Line is notorious in advertising products that are no longer available. I have placed an order online in July 2022 (#*******247) and received an order cancellation notice. Out of approximately 9 products I ordered, 9 were not available. Fast forward today right after Christmas. I received an e-mail indicating Finish Line has started its after Christmas sale, so I went online, spent almost an hour ordering 5 items, checked out (#*******115), then a few minutes received a notification that my order got canceled...again!
I sent an e-mail to customer service twice and interestingly received identical responses from two different reps as follows: "My name is Christine [or Justine], and I will be happy to assist you with your order. I'm sorry JD Finish Line was not able to process your order. This could be attributed to no inventory available or insufficient/incorrect billing information."
Bottom line, based on two different occurrences 5 months apart as explained above, Finish Line has been negligently advertising heavily discounted items most likely to lure buyers to buy other products - a form of deceptive advertising.
Because of this, I will NEVER shop online at Finish Line again, and I will never visit any location bearing its name. If there is a rating lower than one, that is what this company deserves!
If you are a bargain shopper, give it a try and see how frustrated you will become.
It's been 8 days in total, five of them with the order just sitting in limbo I suppose, and now three more since a label says it's been created and awaiting carrier pickup...

I've ordered from finish line website a few times and when ordering from the website my experience has not been good. They've send out used and damaged products on multiple occasions.
I ordered shoes 8/12/21 for my Son's Bday which is 8/19, it's 8/17/21 & the order is still processing & hasn't been shipped. I don't understand why would it take so long, do Finsh Line have to make the shoes too? I am sooo perturbed! Unless these shoes were on back order, which they weren't why would it take so long to ship!
I ordered nike airforce 1s and they came within about 3 days and were great. Despite you not being able to cancel your order the return policy is pretty good. Thank you finish line.
I cancel my service and they still taken from my account,and no luck contact finish line.so had to order a new debit card.they will rob your bank account,and the car wash put scrathes on my vehicles.
This site is coplete garbage Orderd on Nov 4th it is now Nov 27th and still no answers to any questions I ask them they never reply to emails and the reps never know anything and eventually hangs up on you. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Finishline. First, I order a pair of shoes. On the day my shoes were to arrive, I got a notification saying, " The receiver has moved. We're attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver. / The package will be returned to the sender." What I found out was the UPS did not correctly carry over the apartment address which was listed correctly in my confirmation email after purchase. When I told Finishline this, they could care less and just continued with the conversation about how I would receive my package after it arrives and they resend it, 4-6 business days. I asked if there was any way to get the shipping upgraded due to the inconvenience and they said they could not. I voiced my frustration and again, they could not care less and repeated their lines. When the customer service representative continued, she told me that once the package was resent, I should check with UPS to ensure my package address is listed correctly. That blows my mind. Finishline, who I would imagine would want to keep their customers happy doesn't even have the quality control to ensure the shipping address had been properly added by their third party shipping company. So after 15 minutes I was basically told, "sorry, we'll resend it but you'll need to wait 4-6 more days after the 4-6 you've already waited and verify your address yourself with the shipping company since we don't check for you to ensure this doesn't happen again". I will use Amazon next time. Finishline is the worst customer experience I have had in recent memory.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
