Somos girls in the store on cambridgeside mall are so agresive and they have horrible customer service, they speak badly to the customer and they are not polite or professional, it is the worst service they have given me and I do not plan to return there.

They sent me sweatpants that were clearly used before. Had a stain on the front and the plastic wrap it came in was ripped open. Being sent used items after being charged full price by FinishLine is very odd.
Are you serious. They must have fired the web admin. Links don't work. Check out fails. Worst site ever. You can get a free website that does not have this many hrml errors. How does a brand name site get this bad?!?! Htm shows when trying to check out, order confirmation and charge shows but no order history. I mean wow. I am shocked this site is this bad. I build a website in High-school with my eyes closed and never had this many issues. Did finish line hire interns who are 5 in Ch!na to build this site?!? Lol.my gawd.
Bought a pair of shoes three months ago and they still haven't delivered. Just keeps saying it will arrive the next day but hasn't.
If buying from Finish Line with their gift cards, be sure to buy from the store with a store associate. If your buying online, they won't send you an order number or an email confirmation and they'll steal your money… My $100 gift card balance is zero with out an order confirmation and my $50 dollar gift card is at zero. Finish line can't do anything about it, gift card company can't do anything about it. Y'all need to fire some of the pirates that work at your company…

I order a pair of sneakers and paid for express two day delivery $22.99. Two days passed and my order is still being processed. I called customer service twice they stated that it takes 2 -3 days to process my order. What's the point of express shipment if it not coming until a whole week later and every time I check the date keeps getting pushed back. First it was Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday August 23. Very disappointing because I needed my sneakers for a special event. I know better next time Finishline will never get my money again if I can help it. I would rate this company no stars if that were allowed
I ordered my son shoes for back to school a week ago. They have held onto the money for the entire week and sent me an email last night that my order was cancelled with no other explanation. I called and was told they were out of stock and cancelled the order on the 4th. I still have not received the refund and was told it will take a few days. School starts in 3 days. I will NEVER order from Finish Line again. I just placed the order through Amazon. I tried to avoid that but at least they value their customers.
Ordered shoes on the 29th, got a tracking number checked the tracking number 4 days later and still no update, called after 5 days of no updates and was told they were lost in transaction and said a replacement pair would be shipped out with 2 day shipping, 8/3…. 8/4 called again and was now informed of a 4-6 days return processing then the 2 day shipping, at this point that's 10 days plus the initial 5 days I already waited… at this point I just asked for a full refund and will refuse to ever spend my hard earned dollars at one of there stores!
I Finally Decided to purchase the AJ 7 White/Black/Cardinal Red/Chutney! When They arrived i noticed a funny ODOR coming from them! When i Looked at the bottom they were obviously warned For a LOOOONG TIME! I immediately returned them to the store! And Funny the associate glanced at them and never asked why I was returning! I feel for the next buyer hope they look at the shoes immediately! Wish I took PIcs! I was just heated and wanted my money back!
This was my first purchases online and it was HORRIBLE Im pissed tf off I ordered some shoes they sent me worn shoes I returned to my nearest mall(30mins away) a couple weeks later because I'm busy and that shouldn't matter but anyway they returned them for me but first called customer service and explained to them what I received they agreed that wen they got my return my money will immediately be returned to my card well 3days turned into 8 days I called every other day being told my refund is being processed then on the 10 day I called for them to tell me they sent the shoes back wit no refund because they looked worn! Huh?! I ordered a pair of Timberland boots for my daughter and they only sent me one boot. I had to call customer service and was on hold for half an hour before I spoke to someone. I was then told that the other boot was in the warehouse, and now I have to wait an extra week to get the other boot
They used to have stores in my area but I think they all went out of business, and now I see why. I ordered a pair of shoes online over 2 weeks ago and as of this review, they have not even shipped yet. I just cancelled the order and ordered from another company. They've already shipped. When I complained to Finish Line, they stated (after a LONG wait with their online chat support) that they do not work weekends or holidays. What sort of online business doesn't ship on weekends? I can see why they're slowly fading into oblivion.
Cross county finishlin3 has rude young punks working there no sense of customer service and i will not step foot in a finishline again and never will order online as well. Place is over priced and they have these young rude kids that dont have no customer service i will not explain what happen today 6/27/23 it was coming they should close everyone of those stores for not having any sense of customer satisfaction. My my my I must say I had the worst experience with finish line. Sent wrong shoe 1st time 2nd time. The shoes was already worn. Tried getting my refund sent through check by mail as me a representative agreed on. They send refund through a different payment method and never contacted me. I reach out to them 5X on this matter. Shipping sucks, quality sucks, employees doing their jobs sucks all around the bord coming from a sneaker head that orders lots of shoes… I'm one unsatisfied customer! That's that on that!
I ordered a two piece set and only received the top. Since it was sold out I could not get the shorts that were suppose to come with it. I feel I should have been notified before hand if quantity was not available. When I called I was somewhat surprised I was not offered a 10$ credit or at least some compensation. This tells me they don't care about their customers and makes me not want to do further business.

I tried to order 3 times from their website and was canceled by them because the shipping address did not match the credit card I used. I call their customer service and they were no better than the website...am not sure what kind of customer service they have but they do not know what they are doing... nit to mention that their prices are about 15% higher than other places on the web. I waisted almost 4 hours just to place an order just to find out that it did not go through...very incompetent staff and customer service. NEVER AGAIN! Shop else where don't waist your time... terrible service...

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
