Purchased a product that was marked as available for pick up in store today. Paid. Received confirmation number. Went to the store less than 24hrs later to be told they canceled my order. Called customer service and waited on hold for over 1 hour. The woman was very pleasant but just informed me that yep that's just the way it is. Sorry. Oh and since your not a loyalty program member you will only be receiving a reimbursement.
I placed multiple orders on the app and they were cancelled. It takes 4-5 days or longer to even know if they order was fulfilled or cancelled. Meanwhile if the item get restocked you are left clueless to rather if you should buy again or wait. When you finally get word the ordered was cancelled the items are either
Are sold out. If you email or chat with customer service poor! It takes the same wait to just receive and email back. Champs and footlocker squash these guys!
This store is a joke I purchase a shoes for my grandson and after they charge my card $77 they send me a email telling me that my order was cancelled and still waiting to get my money return to my card, customer service never answer phone and really never recomennd this store to anyone... company suck...
If you have item that are online and the size and you put them in your cart order them the last day of the month then wait 6 days later after ordering to inform people you remove them from the cart then say I gotta wait 5-7 business days to get refunded but you quickly took that money out my cart when I ordered three things. This place is the worst and I will never order from this fake place again glad the stores closed down the worst sneaker store ever
I am absolutely disgusted with Finish Line. Never order from them! Can't get ahold of anyone for hours. Ordered $75 shoes for Xmas for my son they never came… called customer service and waited two hours to get ahold of someone. Said they would resend and never got them. It's been 18 days! My son is still waiting on his gift! They had no problem charging me though. I would never recommend ordering or shopping at their store. AWFUL
I brought a shoes which I really needed for an occasion. They had trouble with deliver and just kept the item in local usps for 1 day and returned to sender. Then the next day, they refund the money.
They did even tried a bid to accommodate or to do their best I receive the item. They had my email and phone number. At least just give me a little call or send an email to ask me for an updated address or to inform the item is in the local area for pickup.
Their excuse is that I need to track the item. I did track the items. The only thing I see is that they returned the item due to incorrect address. I was hope they contact me for an update address. But nothing. They just refund it. Don't make a decision for me. Call the costumer and inform what's is going on and ask how to proceed.
Plus give more time to pick up the item and not only 1 day. Call or send email to inform the item is ready to pick up. Why been so lazy to do a proper costumer services? So upset and disappointed!
Never buy from finishline unless you are willing to get robbed without a gun. It was the week before Xmas I never received my order. After several calls of holding on for two hrs at a time and emails not responded to I was told their system shows package was delivered already. I explained I don't have any package they said they couldn't guarantee re shipment by Xmas all they could do was issue a refund but that would take days and it would be after Xmas. Reluctantly I agreed but then that never happened so again the numerous 2 hr hold phone calls and e-mails were done again only this time I was told with no explanation their back office decided they weren't giving me the refund because the system said the package was delivered. They even emailed me a refund email from the recorded initial call offering the refund. They refuse to allow me to speak to their back office and said they would notify them I don't like their decision not to refund me and ended the call. This company is disgusting thieves and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & my credit card company
I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers, paid for rush shipping which would have the item delivered in 2 days and only received 1 pair in 2 days. 2 days later I received an email that one pair was cancelled but never got a reason why and for the 3rd pair it's been a week since it says that the mail carrier hasn't picked it up. Called and they keep you on hold for hours. I don't recommend wasting your money or time purchasing from finish line.
I went to a finish line located in bay shore mall and was accused of stealing two sneakers that I had brought with me to exchange for my son Christmas present. I was told I had to wait for someone to check the cameras.I felt very embarrassed the other's customers were looking at me when the manager said I took these sneakers.I don't know what to do and I hope that manger be held accountable for this racial profiling. Christmas is over and I could not give my child his sneakers because im waiting on a store to check cameras. I will never shop there again. I'll go some place else where I can walk in and shop or exchange with out being racial profile
I went to the finish line today and I must admit that I had a bad experience. The customer service was poor, so I remember coming in one day and it was a young man that worked there. I heard people call him Big E! He was nice and went over and beyond. They need to hire more people like him.
I ordered a pair of hiking boots as a Christmas gift, there was a week before Christmas and the site guanteed that it would ship by the 23rd as of Dec 18th. On Dec 21st, I received an email saying my order had been canceled. I did not cancel the order. The website had already charged me for 100$ shoes, and the email they sent to cancel my order says a refund would be made in SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS. I proceeded to call the customer service line, where an automated voice told me that they were overly busy with customer calls and would not be accepting more calls. On a customer service line, you're not servicing anymore customers... The next automated voice comes on to tell me that my account had not been charged since my order was canceled. My account has been charged. I called customer service repeatedly and finally got on a wait list so I can wait 120+ mins for a representative. Have yall cracked your skull open? This is completely unprofessional, and as a first time customer, I'm so upset and disgusted that I absolutely will not be returning to purchase anything else from these scam artists. If you can't service your customers properly you need to close the business, as customers are the only reason you stay in business and to be told you all are to busy to refund or even talk to your customers about a mistake on your end is 100% unacceptable. I recommend to anyone thinking about buying from the finishline site to find a new shoe store.
It's hard to believe that in today's day, that customer service of a large retailer can be this poor, but Finish Line has proven me wrong. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered some shoes on December 16th and paid an extra $23 for expedited shipping to have a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. According to the website, when I paid for the shipping the delivery date was supposed to be December 21st or 22nd. That's why I paid extra. I was supposed to receive an email when the product was shipped, but it never came. I just checked the status online, and the order is still processing and hasn't even shipped yet. The updated delivery date has been changed to December 27th, two days after Christmas. Why would I pay for expedited shipping to get the shoes after Christmas if I could have just ordered the shoes with free shipping? There's not way to cancel the order online, and when I sent an email to cancel the order, I received no response after a day. I tried calling customer service and the automated voice said that the wait time is 116 minutes. A 2 hour wait! I just want to cancel this order but there literally is no way to do it. I'm literally going to be stuck paying for this order with expensive shipping just for it to arrive a week after Christmas. These guys are the worst. Do NOT order online from them.
Claims full delivery, but has delivered only half of items offered. Customer service says not taking calls. An hour later (when taking calls) says wait is 115 minutes (not making this up). Online complaint method for order, after you supply order number, tells you order has been delivered with no way to tell them otherwise. This company is garbage.
Placed an order for a sweatsuit only to have it canceled six days later with no explanation. The sweatsuit was still in stock, so I reordered it on the 14th. The site promised delivery before Christmas. So far only the top has been shipped. The joggers are in stock, but the date of shipment gets pushed back every time I check. It now says they will be shipped on Dec 29th.This item is still in stock and says if you order today you will get by Christmas. So frustrating, this is a gift. I ordered weeks before Christmas. I will never use this site again. Live chat is down, customer service line is not taking calls and I have not received a response from my email. Horrible customer service BEWARE!
I purchased a hoodie and a pants from the finishline site A Nike tech outfit the shipped the pants but not the hoodie. This top cost $145.00. I tried reaching out and getting no response. Christmas is next week and I have one.peice of outfit to give not the fullset.
I went to your store establishment to purchase sneakers one of the employees told me they didn't have my size in store so she ordered them through store computer and informed me they would be delivered in 3-5 business days which is fine I received an email a week later telling me my order was cancelled, I call customer service and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. This is complete inconvenience to me as a customer and unfair especially when it's a gift for your child literally a few week away from Christmas. Unfortunately I will never shop at finish line again this is unacceptable
Made online purchase with 2 gift cards. 6 days later they tell me the order has been canceled with no explanation. I didn't keep the spent gift cards so now I'm out $100.00. This was a gift to me by family. Thanks for taking away my birthday gift finishline!

Bought a 220 pair of shoes. Wore them 2 time and stitches are coming out. Was told that since they was worn I could not return them. These people are scammers and something is going to be done about them,if it takes every penny I got
Was able to order some special edition sneakers as a gift for my brother. What a great disappointment when said sneakers arrived in the wrong color size and gender and of course the ones I ordered are sold out. Now I have to waste my time going to the mall and return these ugly things where I'm sure I will have to call customer service again and again when they mess up my refund. I'm sure the sneakers I ordered went to a friend or relative of theirs instead. Never again hope there is another shutdown and they go bankrupt to rid this garbage of a company. Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
